The purpose of this writing is to find out about Nutrition Education For Toddlers Mothers About The Benefits Of Fish Nutrition To Prevent Stunting. This community service activity uses the counseling method with the help of leaflet media, followed by the practice of processing fish-based food (nuggets and croquettes). Evaluation of activities using a questionnaire containing stunting, complementary food for breast milk (MPASI), and variations in fish processing. The questionnaire was filled in twice, namely before and after counseling. Data processing using SPSS, statistical analysis dependent T test (α <0.05) to see an increase in knowledge. The evaluation results showed that the average value of knowledge of mothers under five before counseling was 6.1, with the lowest score being 4 and the highest being 8. After counseling, there was an increase in the mean value of knowledge significantly different (p = 0.000), namely being 9.7, with the lowest value being 9 and the highest is 10. Counseling with the help of leaflet media accompanied by the practice of processing fish-based food is proven to be effective in increasing knowledge of mothers of toddlers about the nutritional benefits of fish for stunting prevention.
One of the roles of nurses is to improve public health with spiritual-based interventions. This study aims to determine changes in hematological parameters after spiritual intervention in normal healthy adults in the city of Kendari, Indonesia. Study participants were taken voluntarily from 60 normal healthy adults, aged 20-35 years who were in Kendari city. Written informed consent was obtained from each participant after explaining the objectives, risks and benefits of the study. For each respondent, before and after spiritual therapy, hematological parameters were checked. There was difference (p<0.05) for hematological parameters: in group A (treatment) after being given ATAQ spiritual therapy for 30 days there was an increase in RBC levels (p<0.05) and a decrease in WBC levels (p>0.05). While group B (control) was not given ATAQ spiritual therapy, but was given education, there was a decrease in RBC levels (p >0.05), and an increase in WBC levels (p <0.05). This study provides additional baseline data for baseline hematological parameters in normal healthy adults after receiving OATAQ spiritual therapy. Interest and modification to follow spiritual therapy that can improve health.
A successful learning process at schools must be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure, including up-to-date learning resources and teaching materials that can support the learning process. The appropriate method in development research is a mixed method, which ensures that all research procedures are collected. Data analysis at the stage of the advanced dietetics module development process used analytical techniques in the forms of reviewing suggestions and corrections to the module content, presentation, language, and graphics. These processes were further conducted through a qualitative descriptive analysis. Material validation questionnaire sheets, linguists, and media were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. In this case, calculation of the Likert Scale score was used to calculate this percentage. In addition, quantitative and descriptive analysis was carried out on student response questionnaires. The effectiveness of the advanced Dietetics module was evaluated quantitatively through quasi-experimental and non-equivalent control group research design. The expert team's assessment on the aspects of cover, content feasibility, presentation, module layout, graphics, and language aspects showed that all aspects were categorized as very feasible. Furthermore, in terms of appearance, presentation of material, and benefits, the results of the student's assessment on the module were categorized as very understandable. This study showed that the group of students who were given the dietetics module advanced had a higher average score. The researchers suggest that advanced dietetic modules need further development with regard to the media used to support teaching materials, for example interactive computer-based modules and multimedia products in digital formats (e-learning)
