Pemanfaatan pekarangan dengan baik dan optimal akan memberikan manfaat bagi kenyamanan, kesehatan dan ekonomi. Lahan yang kurang subur masih bisa menghasilkan tanaman yang produktif dengan cara budidaya tanaman hortikulura dengan menggunakan media tanam dalam Polybag (hortikultura modern). Tanaman hortikultura dalam polybag saat ini menjadi trend di kalangan masyarakat. Selain mudah untuk proses penanamannya, perawatannya juga tidak susah. Tanaman hortikultura modern ini memberikan peluang sangat bagus untuk bisnis. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan budidaya hortikultura modern bekerjasama dengan UPTD PPP Wilayah Cilengkrang Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Bandung dan memberikan pemahaman mengenai manajemen usaha yang meliputi motivasi usaha, teknis pembukuan sederhana dan pemasaran produk. Dengan pendabdian ini wawasan dan pengetahuan pengurus dan warga RW 13 Kompek Bumi Harapan Ciciru Hilir Kabupaten Bandung dapat meningkat sehingga menunjang keberhasilan usaha mereka. Setiap RT di RW 13 sekarang sudah memanfaatkan lahan kosong dengan ditanami oleh tamanan yang produktif, dan semakin mahir dalam pembukuan setiap kegiatan baik di tingkat RW maupun RT.
Currently the competition to attract consumers to use the product is no longer limited to promoting the initial functionality of a product but it will always be associated with the image of the product itself. The strength of a brand or brand Equity of a product is formed from the process of applying a good marketing strategy in shaping a brand while a product that is trusted by a consumer is a product that has a high brand trust because the product gives high satisfaction value to the consumer. This research is to know the influence of brand equity and brand trust to customer loyalty of Bottle Sosro Tea to Active Student of S1 STIE EQUITY STAFF STUDY 2011-2013, with member of population as much as 975 people, questionnaires distributed to 91 respondents by using error rate equal to 10%. The research method used is survey method, while data collection technique is done through interview and questionnaire. The analytical tool used is Line Analysis using IBM SPSS 20.0. The result of the research shows that there are significant positive influence either partially or simultaneously brand equity and brand trust to loyalty.
This PKM aims to help people who already have a business to produce fashion products (conventions). The partner in this program is Mr. Muchlis, a convection business actor located in Lengkong village, Bandung district. The problems faced by partners are (1) The length of the process of making buttonholes and installing buttons because they do not have a special machine for making buttonholes, so that they are transferred to other parties (2) Do not understand and have an adequate bookkeeping system resulting in difficulties in recording and calculating raw materials, wages, labor, other production costs, inaccurate determination of selling prices and profit calculations as well as preparation of financial reports, (3) Marketing of products is still limited and carried out offline, even though market opportunities for products are still open. The solutions offered to business partners are (1) Procurement of buttonhole making machines, (2) Making and training of IT-based bookkeeping, and (3) Making and training of social media for digital marketing, while the output targets to be produced are publication of PKM results in ISSN national journals, and media mass electronics, activity video publications, buttonhole machines, accounting systems ansi based IT, and digital marketing media.
West Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has strong potential and wisdom, mountains range from the east to the west of the Bogor Peak area, as well as the southern region which has attractive coastal views and panoramas from Pangandaran district to sukabumi district. One of the southern parts of West Java which has the potential of coastal tourism is Garut regency, one of them is the Rancabuaya beach, the potential of Rancabuaya beach tourism is now being developed to attract tourists, located in Purbayani village in Caringin sub-district with an area of 10 hectares while the current area used as a new tourism area of 2 hectares, which is also directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean with the characteristics of having big tide and large rocks and rock cliffs that are quite high, another potential tourism attraction is the presence of a waterfall directly facing the beach. However, Rancabuaya beach is very beautiful, but the level of tourist visits is less than the total visitors to other southern Jabar (west Java) beach attractions, which is Pangandaran beach. Visitors to rancabuaya beach are very crowded only in certain events such as, New year, Eid or other National holiday. This study aims to find out what the right marketing model can be applied at Rancabuaya beach tourism area. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of income mix and promotion mix get a good response from the respondents and have a strong relationship to the factors that are formed. Agar-agar kertas merupakan salah satu produk ungggulan khas wilayah Pantai Pamengpeuk desa Mancahagar Kabupaten Garut. Selain itu untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk agar laut dibuat dodol. Salah satu UMKM yang mengolah agar laut adalah industri rumahan agar kertas cap “Apel” yang berlokasi di Kampung Bunisari, Desa Mancagahar RT/Rw: 03/04, Kecamatan Pameungpeuk, Garut Selatan. Agar kertas cap “Apel” mulai beroperasi tahun 1993 dan saat ini dikelola oleh generasi kedua. Manajemen usaha dilakukan secara sederhana dan belum ada pemisahan antara keuangan pribadi dan usaha. Dalam menghitung upah karyawan seringkali terjadi ketidakuratan data jam kerja, dan pembayaran gaji. Perhitungan harga pokok dan penentuan harga jual pun dilakukan secara otodidak. Produk hanya dikemas menggunakan plastik transparan, sehingga kurang memiliki daya tarik konsumen dan mudah rusak. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra maka kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan adalah (1) Membuat sistem pembukuan sederhana berbasis IT, (2) Pelatihan sistem pembukuan sederhana berbasis IT, (3) Pendampingan pencatatan dan penyusuan laporan keuangan. (4) Pelatihan dan Pembuatan Packaging, (5) Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev). Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, UMKM dapat tertib pembukuan dan menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai standar yang berlaku serta membuat packaging lebih menarik dan aman, sehingga kinerja UMKM menjadi lebih baik.
