This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Transformational leadership style, motivation and compensation on performance of employees at PT. Hanken Indonesia Cibitung. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all staff office division who worked in PT. Hanken Indonesia Cibitung with a population 125 people. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling with total samples is 95 people. The approach used in this research is a Structural Equation Models (SEM) with Smart analysis tools-PLS. The results showed transformational leadership style gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has no significant on employee performance. Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on performance employees. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables. The value of the company becomes an important thing related to the acquisition of funds through investment. Investors make the value of the company as an important consideration for investing. Companies must try to increase the value of their company to attract investors. The purpose of the research is to empirically examine the effect of company size, capital structure, and growth on firm value. The population used in this study is the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016. By using purposive sampling technique. The statistical method used to test hypotheses is multiple linear regression models and tested using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of firm size on firm value, there is no significant effect of capital structure on firm value, and there is a significant effect of growth on firm value. Simultaneous testing shows that there are significant effects of variable firm size, profitability, and capital structure on firm value.
To overcome the level of job stress employees need to consider several factors including work environment, workload and work conflict. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload and work conflict simultaneously or partially to the employee work stress of PT. Inti Manunggal Sejahtera Abadi. The research sample are 44 production employees’. The multiple linear regression, t test and F test are used as the analysis techniques. The results showed that work environment, workload and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee’s job stress. While t test results indicate that workload and work conflict partially affect the employee's work stress, while the work environment has no effect.
This research aims to know the influence of leadership styles, work motivation and discipline onperformance of employees at Mandiri Bank Branch Jakarta Kota. As for the methods used in thisstudy using the method of quantitative research. And the samples used in this study as many as 40employees. This research uses the sampling method is saturated, whereas the methods of analysisused was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership style, workmotivation and discipline significant effect on performance of the employees. the leadership styleeffect positively on performance of the employees. The motivation of working in a positive effect onperformance of the employees. This study aimed to determine empirically learning organization have affect to competence, competence have significant affects to performance, learning organization through competence have significant affect to performance. The method used in sampling was simple random sampling, a total of 200 employee at Bank “XXX” in Jakarta The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using by LISREL versi 8.8 are need to test the hypothesis. The results showed, learning organization give effect competence, competence give effect performance, learning organization through competence give effect performance which means that the research hypothesis tested. Through these results can be material for the attention of Bank “XXX”to keep improving the learning organization, competence heve affect the performance of the business, because through good performance can affect the competitive advantage for Bank XXX” in running the business.
