Resumo AbstractThe company game is an under explored strategy, despite its great potential. In this regard, the present study aims to comprehend the teaching and learning processes, inside an organization, through using the company games and also the Experiential Learning Cycle (CAV).
A busca por ferramentas gerenciais que auxiliem no desenvolvimento do negócio tem se tornado essencial para a perenidade das organizações. Ética e sustentabilidade são valores em evidência diante de um cenário que exige das organizações respostas pelos desdobramentos de suas atividades econômicas. A Responsabilidade Social (RES) surge como uma resposta das organizações perante seus stakeholders, propondo a adoção de ações que alinhem resultado econômico, emancipação social e sustentabilidade ambiental. O presente artigo, de natureza descritiva e abordagem quanti-qualitativa, tem como objetivo analisar a percepção do quadro colaborativo de uma cooperativa de crédito com relação a RES e sua importância para a organização. O estudo apontou a existência do reconhecimento da RES como instrumento estratégico tanto na agregação de valor à cooperativa quanto para consolidação do papel social das organizações cooperativas, todavia, percebe-se a necessidade de amadurecimento desta concepção e alinhamento entre os níveis organizacionais e as diretrizes estratégicas da cooperativa com o tema.
Objective: The present paper aims to identify the Critical Success Factors for the management of cooperatives of coffee growers. The intention is to contribute to the improvement of management and to subsidize the formulation of strategies in these organizations.Methodology: A consultation was made to specialists who work with agricultural cooperatives and coffee agribusiness, using the Delphi Technique as a methodological tool.Originality: Consultation with specialists, through the Delphi Technique, resulted in the identification of important aspects for the formulation of strategies in cooperatives of coffee growers.Main results: It was identified that the promotion of technical assistance and rural extension activities, professionalization of management, implementation of hedge operations in future markets and reduction of information asymmetries are considered strategic guidelines relevant to coffee growers' cooperatives.Theoretical contributions: It was possible to validate the Delphi Technique as an effective methodological instrument for the identification of Critical Success Factors. The results of this paper also allow case studies to be carried out in cooperatives of coffee growers, besides serving as a guide for studies that aim to analyze the strategic management process in these organizations.
