Objective: Describe the employment position and advancement of the former Master of Public Health (MSc) student in the Southwestern area of the University of Public Health, 2010-2019 Research methodology: Using cross-sectional research methods, collecting quantitative data by self-filling questionnaires. Data are collected in 2020 by sending online ballots in the form of google forms to all former learners. Results: Interview results obtained from 110 former learners showed that after graduating from the MSC program, 16.4% of former learners changed positions, 30.9% of former learners changed positions. go on bussiness. In which, at present, 64.5% of former trainees work at the provincial level and 43.6% work in preventive medicine. Conclusion: The mobilization, appointment / prompting agency and the implementation of the CDC model at the provincial level and the 2-function district health center are the reasons for the advancement of former students of the area South West region after graduation.
