This research was a kind of experimental research with Randomized Posttest Only Control Group Design design. This study aimed to determine the effect of cooperative learning model type of three-stage interview on biology learning outcomes on the subject of bacteria. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Batam Class X. The samples in this study were X-1 class as control class and X-2 class as experiment class. The test was used “t-test”. From the results of the study found that the classes taught by cooperative learning model type of three-stage interview to obtain learning outcomes had a significant influence with the average value of learning outcomes is 74.0690 while students who followed the learning process using conventional learning method had a value of learning outcomes Average 65,5172 on bacterial material in class X MAN Batam. Keywords: Cooperative Learning¸ Three Step Interview¸ Bacteria subject . AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Randomized Posttest Only Control Group Design.
