Stainless 12Kh18N10Т steel powder with dispersion of 25...68 µm and experimental samples obtained on its basis by selective laser melting (SLP) are studied. The microstructure of the samples is characterized by continuity, absence of pores and cracks and was a solid solution of austenite. The microhardness of samples obtained from the powder by the SLP method is higher than that of a standard compact alloy, the time resistance and elongation are 665 MPa and 53 % respectively. The surface of the fractures of the samples is characterized by a pronounced viscous type.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
