Nanocomposites obtained by integrating iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles (Fe 3 O 4 ) into a metal-organic framework (HKUST-1 or Cu 3 IJBTC) 2 , BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate) are synthesized through conversion from a composite of a Cu-based ceramic material and Fe 3 O 4 . In situ small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) measurements reveal that the presence of
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
