The research objective is to cluster the Unmet Need of health services in Indonesia by region by utilizing data mining techniques. The data source was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (abbreviated BPS) in the health category using Unmet Need data on health services by province (2015-2018) consisting of 34 data records. The variable used is the Unmet Need of health services by province (percent). The data mining technique used is k-means which is part of clustering. Data processing is performed using RapidMiner 5.3 software. The cluster labels used in the study are high cluster (C1) and low cluster (C2). The results state that the application of k-means can be carried out where 9 provinces are in cluster C1 consisting of Riau, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, Central Kalimantan, South Borneo, Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo and West Sulawesi with final centroids (C ) = 6.96 and 25 provinces are in cluster C2 with final centroid (C) = 4.36. The results of mapping in the form of regional clusters can provide information for the government and should Unmet Need health services in Indonesia must be worth 0% for each region.

Penelitian ini menguraikan tentang metode perancangan dan pembuatan sistem informasi kartu kendali belanja berbasis WEB dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan ilmu teknologi. Proses pekerjaan perkantoran saat ini tidak terlepas dari penggunaan teknologi sebagai pengelolaan keuangan dengan menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis WEB akan lebih mudah digunakan karena sistem informasi ini biasa dibuka melalui semua browser internet.Pembuatan sistem informasi kartu kendali ini dengan menggunakan software PHP dan MySQL.Sistem informasi ini mengendalikan antara pagu/flapon anggaran dengan realisasi yang akan diajukan oleh SKPD kepada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah sehingga menjadi tupoksi dari Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah.WEB adalah suatu halaman yang saling berhubungan yang umumnya berada pada peladen yang sama berisikan kumpulan informasi yang disediakan secara perorangan, kelompok, atau organisasi. WEB menyediakan platform terbuka bagi para pengembang dalam menciptakan sistem informasi mereka sendiri untuk digunakan oleh bermacam peranti bergerak. WEB tidak hanya dibutuhkan untuk kalangan bisnis tetapi juga berlaku untuk kalangan perkantoran. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaan pengendalian realisasi belanja yang akan diajukan.Kartu kendali belanja adalah sebuah kartu yang dipergunakan untuk pencatatan belanja/realisasi sebagai pengendali/batasan agar tidak melebihi dari ketentuan yang telah diatur dalam suatu organisasi.

The problem in this study is that the mobile web-based career center information system with the breadth first search method does not yet exist on the STMIK Musi Rawas Lubuklinggau campus. Just simply sticking a piece of information on job vacancies on campus campus. This research uses the waterfall system development method and data collection by conducting data collection techniques which are observing (Observation), Question and Answer (Interview), Documentation and Literature Study. The results of this study produce a mobile web-based career center information system using the PHP programming language, and a database using MySQL. It can be concluded that the information system can help STMIK Alumni Musirawas Lubuklinggau find information on job vacancies through the career center information system, and the university can also provide information on available job openings.
