Limited Liability Company (PT) Kalbe Farma Tbk is the largest pharmaceutical company in Asia, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. In achieving financial performance, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk evaluates the company's activities, so that it can generate profits efficiently and effectively over a certain period of time. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk in 2014 -2018 in terms of analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency, profitability, activities. The method used in this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques in this research is to search and compare from year to year through its data sources from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. It can be seen that the results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratios and solvency ratios over the past 5 years have experienced good conditions for the company because the company is able to fulfill all its obligations, while the profitability ratios and activity ratios have fluctuated even more likely to decline. Researchers concluded that PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk to measure its financial performance using ratio analysis resulting from the calculation of the overall ratio which has increased although not significantly.
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna melihat pengaruh media sosial, motivasi, serta kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini mengenakan variabel independen dan dependen. Populasi yang dikenakan ialah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Bandar Lampung. Tiga angkatan (2018, 2019, serta 2020) dengan total 33 mahasiswa dihimpun dengan mengenakan metode purposive random sampling. Metode penelitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini berasal dari data primer. Analisis regresi berganda serta korelasi dilakukan dengan mengenakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pengaruh yang positif dari variabel media sosial kepada minat berwirausaha pada tingkat signifikan 0,026 serta pada taraf signifikansi 0,010, variabel motivasi memengaruhi positif kepada minat berwirausaha, serta pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000, variabel bisnis kewirausahaan memengaruhi positif kepada minat kewirausahaan. Selain itu, temuan memperlihatkan perihal media sosial, motivasi, dan bisnis kewirausahaan dengan cara bersamaan memengaruhi signifikan kepada minat berwirausaha pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000.
In estimating the potential of the region, information and benchmarks are needed that are real in the field and are desired by the community concretely. One of the financial benchmarks that can be used to see regional readiness in implementing autonomy is to measure how far the financial capacity of a region is. While the regional financial capacity is usually measured by the amount of contribution of Regional Original Income (PAD). Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive. The results of the study using SWOT analysis showed that the strength of Bandar Lampung City Revenue Service in an effort to increase local revenue is to have qualified human resources (quite competent), the potential of the Bandar Lampung City Revenue Office is quite high quality in carrying out its main tasks and functions, there are job descriptions clear in carrying out their main tasks and functions and supporting adequate operational budget. The weaknesses are the weak function of coordination between and inter agencies, the weak monitoring function, inadequate office facilities and infrastructure and the weak application of sanctions for violators of taxes and levies. Potential objects as well as high taxpayers and retributions and strong political support for the elected Mayor and Deputy Mayor are opportunities for the Bandar Lampung City Revenue Service in an effort to increase local revenues and challenges or threats of Bandar Lampung City Revenue Service in an effort to increase local revenue is the scope of the area of potential that is quite broad and the low public awareness of taxpayers and levies.Keywords: Increased PAD, SWOT Analysis
Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui dampak antar Kualitas Produk serta Store Atmosphere pada Minat Beli Konsumen dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Perumusan persoalan dalam penelitian ini, Apakah variabel Kualitas Produk serta Store Atmosphere terpengaruh pada Minat Beli Konsumen Cafe Marley’s di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. dalam penelitian ini, analisis regresi linier berganda dipergunakan menjadi metode analisis dengan jumlah responden menjadi sampel sebesar 55 konsumen Cafe Marley’s. KualitassProduk dan Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif juga signifikan pada Minat Beli Konsumen di masa Pandemi Covid-19 pada Cafe Marley’s. dibutuhkan dengan terdapatnya riset ini Cafe Marley’s bisa menjaga kestabilan Kualitas Produk serta Store Atmosphere menggunakan baik, sehingga bisa menaikkan Minat Beli Konsumen di Cafe Marley’s.
