The quality and progress of a production is greatly affected by the supplier or supplier. Supplier is a component providing raw materials and production aids with different quality standards. Companies that have a broad scope must have more than one supplier due to production and market demands that must be met, with so many suppliers, then the possibility of companies experiencing production problems. The number of suppliers who have different standards requires the company to choose a competent supplier. To select suppliers objectively the SAW (Simple Additive Weight) method is used by means of a simple weighting but has relatively high output value accuracy. The results of this study are decision support systems that are expected to help companies get the best suppliers.
The percentage of human resources (HR) in construction that has a certificate of skilled labour is moderately low, which is less than 6% of the total human resources in the construction sector in Indonesia. The certificate can describe the ability, expertise, and competence of the certificate owner. Human resources’’ quality have an influence on project productivity so that project success can be achieved. Construction Management has an important role as an HR manager who will work on the project including HR who works as a supervisor of construction activities on the project. The purpose of this study is to determine the dominant factors affecting the performance quality of the Management Construction HR on supervising high rise building construction. This study uses quantitative methods with factor analysis. Collected data are primary data from Management Construction HR which collected from questionnaire. The results from this study are five factors that affect the quality of HR performance. Based on the five factors, the most important factor is technical skills factor.
The purpose of this study was to describe the image of Javanese women contained in the novel Garis Perempuan by Sanie B. Kuncoro and the implications of learning the image of Javanese women "towards learning Indonesian in" high school. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The data is identified based on the type of image of women, namely in physical aspects, psychological, in the family, and in society. Data collection techniques using literature review with data analysis using informal techniques. The results showed that the novel contained images of Javanese women depicted by Mbok Warsi, Yu Rah, Bunda Tawangsri, and Bunda Masari consisting of images of Javanese women in physical having beautiful faces, attractive appearance, and inexpensive smile. In the psychological of being patient, loyal, always thinking positive, thorough and diligent, and accepting. In families simple, strong and unyielding character, th spirit provides motivation, clever, and obedient. In society, as Javanese women who are obedient to the prevailing traditions or customs, have courtesy, and are generous. Implicate the results of research in the novel in learning Indonesian in high school class XII on enjoying novels with basic competencies 3.9 analyzing the content and language in the novel.
The aim of this research was to determine the compressive strength of pervious concrete and permeability based on trials in the laboratory. The method accomplish is an experiment in the laboratory in accordance with appropriate standards and concerned to research. Local material was used in mixtures. Portland Cement Composite with water-cement (W/C) ratio 0.27 to 0.34, aggregates with variations in types and sizes and using ingredients added to fly ash and superplasticizer. Mixture of trial using 4.25 for aggregate-cement ratios (A/C) with proportion of 6% fine aggregate (sand), 15% flay-ash and superplasticizer with low dosages. The test results show a slight difference in compressive strength with variations in W/C including the use of aggregate types. The permeability using of natural aggregate is more porous compared to crushed stone. The effect of aggregate size from small-to-large will result in decreased density (unit weight) and increased void in the mixture. A good agreement was reached in the case of mixtures with 0.30 wcr and aggregate size that passed 12.5 mm sieve and retaining at 9.5 mm to provided compressive strength.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
