Kehamilan kembar adalah suatu kehamilan dimana terdapat dua atau lebih embrio atau janin sekaligus. Dalam analisis Bulmer (1960) terdapat anak-anak kembar, 1 dari 25(4%) ibu mereka ternyata juga kembar, tapi 1 dari 60 (1,7%) ayah mereka yang kembar, keterangan didapatkan bahwa salah satu sebabnya adalah multiple ovulasi yang di turunkan. Ibu hamil dengan kehamilan gamili, dilakukan di BPM Sri Kurniawati Karang Rejo, dan dilaksanakan mulai bulan Mei sampai pertengahan bulan Juli 2019. Asuhan kebidanan ibu hamil pada Ny. N umur 28 tahun G4P3A0 UK 37 minggu +2  didapat keadaan umum baik TD 110/80  mmHg, Pols 84x/i, RR 24x/i, Temp 36,50C, LILA 27 cm, DJJ jnin I 124x/i punctum maximum ± 3 jari di bawah pusat sebelah kanan, janin II 148x/i teratur, punctum maximum ± setinggi pusat sebelah kiri, TBBJ (37-11) x 115 = 4.030 gr, TPP :24-08-2019. Hasil studi kasus ini masalah gemily dapat diatasi yaitu keadaan ibu sudah membaik, rasa cemas, rasa sakit dipinggang dan dipunggung sudah berkurang serta kebutuhan sudah terpenuhi.

Providing family planning midwifery care to Mrs. Implant acceptor using Varney's 7-step obstetric management. The case study used a descriptive method with the scope of patients being Kb implant acceptors, when it was carried out on June 3, 2021 to June 7, 2021 at PMB Sri Kurniawati according to midwifery science. On June 3, 2021 to June 7, 2021 Mrs. R has become an implant KB acceptor, the implant is installed well and the mother has received therapy. Family planning care is done by providing counseling to mothers about the contraceptives used so that Mrs. Rahayu decided to become a new acceptor of KB implants by signing the infoconsent that had been given to the mother for implant placement. After post-implant installation, the mother received KIE regarding post-implant family planning treatment.
