Homeschooling is an alternative education that is held in the non-formal education pathway. The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of the Homeschooling learning strategy in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Methods of observation, documentation, personal interviews with the Chairman, public relations, academic staff, tutors. This study shows (1) A systematic learning management strategy: Learning planning with a life skillsbased curriculum, learning implementation starts with motivating students, followed by the delivery of learning material and learning evaluation is carried out every 2 weeks in learning management meetings to find out learning planning, implementation, development of children's learning, learning methods and tutor evaluation; (2) Learning delivery strategies by providing information or learning material using the new Blended learning method (face-toface and web-based online) in non-formal learning strategies in Indonesia. The limitations of this study have not yet explained the strategy of the Learning organization it undertakes.

Budget participation is one form of involvement of managers, both top-level managers, and lower-level managers in order to realize the objectives of business entities. This study aims to examine the effect of budgeting participation on managerial performance, both directly and indirectly through a culture of organizational achievement, leadership style, environmental uncertainty, and organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The object of this research is the managers of Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in Central Java & DIY, Collecting data using questionnaires with 107 respondents. Data analysis techniques use path analysis. The results showed that there were 12 analyzes of direct, indirect or total influence. In the analysis the highest total coefficient of influence is on the direction of the leadership style causality path, on budget participation, and organizational culture. Whereas the lowest total influence coefficient is in the direction of the causality path of environmental uncertainty towards budget participation, and organizational culture. Budget participation is an effort to build togetherness of all members (leaders and employees), foster organizational culture, and organizational commitment to improve managerial performance by paying attention to leadership style and environmental uncertainty. The study of budget participation and managerial performance in various entities is still relevant in the future, because related to human behavior which is always different according to the dimensions of space and time

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat agar mampu mewujudkan kemandirian dan melepaskan diri dari belenggu kemiskinan serta keterbelakangan. Ketidakberhasilan dalam pengentasan kemiskinan, selain disebabkan faktor bantuan yang seolah abadi sepanjang jaman. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan pertanian organik berbasis sociopreneurship di pondok pesantren gunungpati semarang. Metode pengabdian Adapun metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan melakukan tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian di bidang pertanian yang berdampak kepada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Simpulan pengabdian diawali dengan memberikan motivasi dilanjutkan memberikan pretes, kemudian narasumber memberikan penyuluhan pertanian berkaitan dengan memberikan materi budi daya ubi jalar organik kepada peserta. Kontribusi ini sangat membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan pertanian budidaya Ubi jalar Organik berbasis socioentrepreneurship.
