Society of Trenggalek has a team, strength, and excellent entrepreneurial support by personal motivational. Many different teams format have been used in good organization for short-term and long-term condition. To gain benefits, teams must be successful embedded within the organization. It must carefully and systematic development, management, and alignment for teams. Because it means for individual engagement and team performance to growth up like batik, food, and others. An success of processed by products from the beginning to be able to trade and through offline and online. In addition, good organizations also give rise to good agreement and also to make joint decisions. This study are used qualitative methods with surveys and interviews. The results of this study proved that this research involved an important role in fostering the awareness of societies for development and independence, through industrial development which gave rise to the best entrepreneurs. So, a value of empowered cross-functional teams to drive such programs has not been lost to the majority of government in Trenggalek like culture.

Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan pengab-dianpada TK ABA 4 di desa Princi adalah untukmewujudkan kerjasama antara pergu-ruan tinggidengan mamsyarakat. Secara khusus, para dosendiharapkan dapat me-nerapkan ilmunya dan mitramemperoleh manfaat, meningkatkan kinerjasekolah TK, melaui perbaikan manajemen danpening-katan kewirausahaan guru. Targetnya adalah adanya peningkatan ketrampilan mana-jemendan kewirausahaan guru. Luarannya adalahperbaikan warung sekolah yang mendukungpendidikan TK ABA serta SOP Manajemen dankewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalahpenyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendam-pingan.Penyuluhan dengan memberikan pemahamanpengetahuan tentang mana-jemen dankewirausahaan. Pelatihan dilakukan de-nganmengajari secara praktis melakukan pe-ngelolaansumberdaya dan manajemen usaha warungsekolah. Pendampingan dilakukan denganmemberikan pembinaan dan pengara-han secaraintensif pada guru dan wali murid yang dilibatkandalam pengelolaan usaha warung sekolah.Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian inidiawali dengan pertemuan antara tim pe-ngabdiandengan beberapa orang guru TK ABA 4 dalamacara pelatihan koperasi dimana ditemukanpermasalahan manajemen dan ke-wirausahaanyang belum optimal dija-lankan. Kemudianditetapkan program yang dida-sarkan padakebutuhan mitra yang ingin me-ngembangkanwarung guna mendukung mana-jemen pendidikan.Selanjutnya disepa-kati be-berapa program antaralain adalah pelatihan manajemen dankewirausahaan serta pendam-pingannya agar paraguru memiliki ketrampilan manajerial dankewirausahaan sehingga dapat mengembang-kanwarung sekolah yang mendukung pendidikan.Harapan adanya program pengabdian ini adalahagar di masa yang akan datang TK ABA 4memiliki warung yang didukung ketrampilanmanajemen dan kewirausahaan para guru.Dengan demikian dapat terjalin kerjasamaberkelanjutan an-tara perguruan tinggi dan mitra.

Changes in the industrial world such as the emergence of the Coronavirus have had a huge impact on companies because consumers are more selective in choosing good quality products for consumption. Quality is a very important factor for the survival of the company. Therefore, this research was conducted to apply quality control methods at the Company of Keripik Tempe Abadi in Malang City to improve the quality of their production. The tools used in this study are Seven tools and the table Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results of this study indicate that there are product defects that exceed the tolerance limits of the company, namely in the form of deformities, broken products, burnt products, and defects in the packaging. Then based on the analysis with a Fishbone diagram to find out the root cause of product damage.

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the dimensions of total quality management (TQM) implementation on the operational performance of MSMEs in Malang City and to find out what dimensions of TQM are considered to be dominant in influencing operational performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on MSME Entrepreneurs in Lowokwaru District, Malang City with a total sample of 45 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire and Likert scale to measure the dimensions. The instrument test in this study uses validity and reliability tests, and the analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all dimensions of TQM had partial effect except the dimensions of Long-Term Commitment and Unity of Purpose. The simultaneous test proves that the dimensions of TQM have a simultaneous effect on operational performance. It is also known that education and training are dimensions of TQM implementation that have a dominant influence on operational performance
