One of the elements of the quality assessment system is monitoring, which is considered to be a comprehensive system for diagnosing the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the effectiveness of an educational system. The assessment of the quality of education should be formed as a cumulative indicator of all the qualities that influence the educational process.
