We postulate that the calculus formed as a consequence of urinary contamination of the vagina in association with incontinence and prolonged maintenance in a recumbent posture. This report is important because it highlights that, although vaginal stones are very rare, their possibility should be considered in the differential diagnosis of individuals with long-term paraplegia.

Discussion and Conclusion:While cesarean rates in our hospital, which are below the average of our country, tend to increase, our primary cesarean section rate is far below the rate of our country particularly in the Yozgat province and tends to decrease.

Sonuç: Gebelerde rubella, CMV ve toksoplazma enfeksiyonu açısından asıl tanı koyduran gebelik öncesi seronegatif iken, gebelikte pozitif sonuç elde edilmesidir. Bu nedenle konjenital enfeksiyonların önlenebilmesi ve doğru tanı konulabilmesi için önerimiz gebelik planlanırken ve gebelikte tekrar antikor durumuna bakılması; IgM ve IgG nin eşzamanlı bakılması; her ikisinin de pozitif olması durumunda IgG avidite testiyle enfeksiyonun akut enfeksiyon mu yoksa geçirilmiş enfeksiyon mu olduğuna karar verilmesidir.
