THE ROLE OF EMOTION REGULATION AND PARENTAL ATTENTION ON SOCIAL PROBLEM-SOLVING OF BOARDING SCHOOL'S ADOLESCENT. This study aimed to know the correlation of emotion regulation and parental attention to social problem solving of boarding school adolescents. The research subjects were 65 students of SMAN CMBBS who were selected by simple random sampling method. The instruments used are social problem-solving scale, emotion regulation scale, and parental attention scale. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between emotion regulation and parental attention with social problem solving for SMAN CMBBS adolescents, with p = 0.00 (R = 0.699). Partial correlation test proves that there is a significant correlation between emotional regulation and social problem solving for SMAN CMBBS adolescents (p = 0.00; rx1y = 0.549). Partial correlation also proves that there is a significant relationship of parental attention to social problem solving for adolescent CMBBS (p = 0.032; rx2y = 0.268). This study concludes that there is a significant correlation between emotion regulation and parental attention to social problem solving of SMAN CMBBS adolescents.
The purposes of this research were to determine the company's performance as measured by the Balanced Scorecard approach, as well as to make recommendations for strategy to enhance the company's performance in developing PT. Inti Nusa Permata based on SWOT analysis. The data analysis technique was carried out by SWOT analysis and the preparation of a balanced scorecard matrix which is measured into 4 perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective. The study's findings suggest that the company is performing well in terms of customer satisfaction, internal business processes, and growth and learning. However, PT. Inti Nusa Permata's financial performance is poor, particularly in terms of short-term financial capacity. The results of the balanced scorecard approach used to assess the company's performance reveal that PT. Inti Nusa Permata has a very good performance. The company's strategy mapping demonstrates that PT. Inti Nusa Permata is in quadrant I, adopting the S-O (Strength-Opportunity) method, which aims to leverage on existing opportunities by utilizing the company's strengths.
PT. Krakatau Posco, is the largest steel manufacturing company in Southeast Asia that produces slabs and plates. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of controlling inventory of steel material fabrication workshop with the EOQ method and compared with the current method of the company in an effort to prevent the unavailability of such steel material fabrication. Inventory control using the EOQ method is expected to provide solutions for inventory control, and optimal ordering in order to obtain savings for inventory costs (Total Inventory Cost) at PT. Krakatau Posco. The method used is an interview and take the necessary data, then conduct an initial analysis using the ABC method to clarify the data that has been carried out at PT. Krakatau Posco, controls inventory using EOQ, determines safety stock, ROP and maximum inventory. By controlling the ordering and inventory also expected to provide significant savings for the company, by reducing inventory costs (Total Inventory Cost). The conclusion of this research is the EOQ method is the right method for controlling steel raw material fabrication to meet the production and repair processes at PT. Krakatau Posco and with this method the results of total inventory costs are also more efficient.
This research was conducted to analyze, knowing, and give an overview of the production process conducted by PT. BPG using Statistical Process Control (SPC) method. The research data is daily production data from January 2015 until December 2016. The results showed that the content of Free Fatty Acid and the level of dirt is still beyond the specified limits by National Standardization Agency (BSN) No. SNI-01-2901-2006. After analyzing using cause and effect diagram obtained source of problem from material factor, man, environment and method. In the Improve stage, a recommendation proposal is based on the analysis of the cause and effect diagram and the 5W+1H method with the aim of addressing the existing problems and reducing the level of disability that occurs. The proposals obtained are to provide additional standard criteria of fruit grading and provide training and refreshment for existing SOPrelated laborers on the correct processing of fruit, in addition to the fruit shelter area made of cover so that the fruit is not exposed to direct sun and rain.
