<p class="IABSTRAK"><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to describe the source of student well-being in Javanese adolescents. This research uses quantitative research approach and supported by qualitative. Research location in Banyumas with cluster random sampling technique. Instrument data collection using the scale of student well-being and open source questionaire student well-being and interview guide. Quantitative data analysis using descriptive. The results of the study are: 1) The sources of student well-being are the dimensions of social relations, cognitive, emotional and spiritual. 3) The inhibiting factor of achieving student well-being is if there are problems in the social, cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual.</p><p class="IKEYWORDS"><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sumber <em>student well-being</em> pada remaja Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan didukung dengan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Banyumas dengan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em>. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala <em>student well-being</em> dan <em>openquesioner</em> sumber <em>student well-being</em> serta panduan wawancara. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan <em>deskriptif</em>. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Sumber-sumber <em>student well-being</em> adalah dimensi hubungan sosial, kognitif, emosi dan spiritual. 3) Faktor penghambat tercapainya <em>student well-being</em> adalah jika ada masalah dalam dimensi sosial, kognitif, emosi, fisik dan spiritual.</p>
This study aims to determine the relationship between (1) social attitudes andlearning achievements of fifth grade elementary school students in the NagawiruCluster Gumelar District; (2) emotional intelligence with learning achievement of fifthgrade elementary school students; and (3) social attitudes and emotional intelligence offifth grade elementary school students.This research used a correlational research witha quantitative approach. The variables in this study are emotional intelligence, socialattitudes, and student achievement. The study population was all fifth grade students inelementary schools in the Nagawiru cluster. The number of samples taken was 75students by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniquesusing questionnaires and documentary studies. The analysis technique used is theproduct moment correlation technique and multiple regression. The results showed that(1) there was a positive and significant relationship between social attitudes with classV student achievement Whereas female students have a positive and significantrelationship between social attitudes and learning achievements ; (2) there a positiveand significant relationship between emotional intelligence and student achievemenespecially females; and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship betweensocial attitudes and emotional intelligence. Meanwhile, both male and female studentshave social attitudes with emotional intelligence with low and moderate categories.
Abstract-The objective of the research is to investigate development of moral character values that are presented by civic education lecturers during learning process at Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. Type of the research is qualitative descriptive with all civic education lecturers of the university as respondents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed with data reductions, data display, and conclusions drawing. The study reveals that building character of student throughout civic education requires an understanding of type character willing to be implemented. Civic learning should focus on the need of student, and the lecturer is required to acquire and use variatively various types of learning model in the education process leading to non-monotonic and non-boring learning.
