Financial crime is increasingly rampant these days. The fact is financial crimes are often seen directly by internal parties in an organization. It is very important to analyze the intention of an employee to do whistleblowing. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of retaliation, negative emotions (guilt and shame), and organizational commitment on an individual's intention to whistleblowing. This research was conducted in all branches of PT. Telkomsel in Riau Province. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data was collected by sending a questionnaire to 150 employees who work in all branches of PT. Telkomsel in Riau Province, but only 69 questionnaires can be processed. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). There are four hypotheses in this study. The results of this study concluded that: retaliation, guilt, shame, and organizational commitment effect on the intention to do whistleblowing.
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have had a very good impact on economic development in Indonesia. In addition, the presence of SMEs also brings many benefits to the welfare of the community, one of which is by absorbing the workforce so that it can reduce the number of unemployment figures. To see the success or failure of a business can be seen from the measurement of performance. Measuring the performance of a business is a very important thing, because by measuring the performance of the company can find out how much reward or salary will be given to employees. This study aims to examine whether entrepreneurial orientation, innovation, market orientation and total quality management affect the performance of SMEs. This study uses primary data with questionnaires as research instruments. The population in this study was 1,599 SMEs located in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The number of samples used was 115 with a purposive sampling method. The test results show that the independent variable entrepreneurial orientation, innovation, market orientation affect the performance of SMEs, while the independent variable total quality management has no influence on the performance of SMEs. This research is expected to be a material consideration for making changes in business for business entities and organizations so that business performance can improve.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan aliansi strategis untukmendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan menentukan faktor-faktor penghambatoptimalisasi pelaksanaan aliansi strategis yang dilakukan SP Alumunium.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi pustakauntuk mendapatkan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep tahapan aliansistrategis untuk mendapatkan keunggulan bersaing untuk menilai optimalisasialiansi strategis yaitu, tahap pembentukan, tahap operasional, dan tahap evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aliansi strategis belum optimal dalammemberikan keunggulan bersaing bagi SP Alumunium. Bantuan produksi mitrabelum membantu SP Alumunium dalam memenuhi 100% pesanan dari distributordan masih banyak produk dari mitra yang tidak sesuai dengan kualitas SPAlumunium. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor penghambat yaitu:tidak adanya kesepakatan tertulis (kontrak), tidak adanya perencanan produksiinternal yang berdampak pada perencanaan pemesanan kepada mitra, rendahnyakomptetensi mitra, tidak adanya penilaian kinerja dan sistem insentif ataupenghargaan, dan komunikasi yang tidak rutin
