This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of civil servants in the integrated services department in Gowa district. This study uses a type of research with a quantitative descriptive approach with observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study were 35 integrated service staff using the population research. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the performance of civil servants in the integrated service department in Gowa district from each indicator ranging from effectiveness and efficient indicators whose results were categorized as good enough, indicators of authority and responsibility whose results were categorized as good enough, disciplinary indicators whose results were categorized as good, and Initiative indicators whose results are also good. Of the four indicators as a whole have good results, so it can be understood that the performance of civil servants in the integrated service office in Gowa district has been running well or effectively. The performance of civil servants in the integrated service department in Gowa district is considered effective because of the awareness of the employees themselves and also with the support of good knowledge and the ability of the employees to work so that each work done can be completed properly, and the results of the work also provide great progress for organization goals. Apart from that, the employees of the integrated service agency also showed that there was a division of labor that was adjusted to the competence of the employees so that employees did not find it difficult to face the tasks assigned by the leadership.
This study aims to determine the level of work discipline of employees in the Office of the Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Makassar City. This type of research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods and approaches that describe the level of work discipline of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and UKM in Makassar City. As for the population in this study are all employees who have status as State Civil Servant (ASN) totaling 42 people. Because of the small population, the researchers did not take a sample of the study, so this study was a population study. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, questionnaires, documentation and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used are percentage analysis and Frequency Table. The results of this study indicate that the level of discipline of employees in the Office of Cooperatives and UKM of Makassar City is 83.57% or in the good category.
The urgency of this article is based on its focus and locus on the spread out or placement a strategy of the Main Weapons Tool System (Alutsista) in the broad perspective of the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). One of the Alutsista owned by Indonesia is Air Alutsista which is used to maintain the existence of the Indonesian state in the air. The air alutsista manned by the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Air Force (AU) currently has a considerable power posture in Asia and the international world. This study aims to provide an overview of Strategy Placement Alutsista TNI AU seen from the vast territory of the Republic of Indonesia as an archipelago. This study uses normative research methods conducted by reviewing relevant reference content or based on secondary data that is adjusted with factual data of observation and experience of the author. The result of the research shows that faced with the territory of NKRI as an archipelago country, the placement of Alutsista TNI AU is uniformly distributed because it has only been fulfilled 40 percent of the minimum strength and still dominated in Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan and Sulawesi which should be fulfilled for Papua , Maluku, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, and Bali. Similarly, the deployment of Radar will be provided at least 23 units because currently placed only amounted to 20 units.
