Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan beras Indonesia; dan 2) menganalisis respon permintaan beras dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data time series periode 1988-2017. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Permintaan beras Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh harga beras eceran, pendapatan perkapita, jumlah penduduk, produksi beras dan lag permintaan beras Indonesia pada taraf α sebesar 5 persen dengan nilai R-Squared sebesar 91.3 persen. Berdasarkan analisis respon, variabel jumlah penduduk menjadi satu-satunya variabel bebas yang memiliki nilai elastisitas yang bersifat elastis (E >1) baik dalam analisis jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Variabel harga beras eceran, pendapatan perkapita dan produksi beras memiliki nilai elastisitas yang bersifat inelastis (E<1) baik dalam analisa jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.
Agroindustri pengolahan keripik pisang dan ubi merupakan salah satu pemanfaatan sumber daya alam oleh pengelolah usaha untuk mengolah hasil pertanian menjadi produk yang memiliki daya tahan lama yang dapat dikonsumsi Penelitian tentang usaha keripik bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dari agroindustri keripik (Pisang dan Ubi kayu) di Kota Kefamenanu. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis pendapatan. Sampelnya adalah pemilik usaha Agroindustri Keripik Sularso. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Usaha Keripik (pisang dan ubi) pada tahun 2020 mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp. 99.330.000,-. Total penerimaan sebesar RP. 201.600.000,- sehingga pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar RP. 201.270.000,- per tahun. Nilai R/C ratio sebesar 2,0 > 1 yang berarti menguntungkan dan layak untuk diteruskan.
This study aims to know (1). To know how much the income from tomatoes farming in Leuntolu Village, Raimanuk District, Belu Regency , (2) To know the relative advantages of tomatoes farming in Leuntolu Village, Raimanuk District, Belu Regency. The research was conducted in August 2020. Techniques of data collection using survey methods with primary data and secondary data. The sample used in this study was 30 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method, income analysis and R / C ratio. The results showed that: the tomatoes farming carried out had several stages including: land processing, seed selection, seed nursery, planting, maintenance (watering, fertilizing and weeding), harvest and post-harvest. The results of tomato farming research with a total revenue in 2018 of Rp. 153,540,000 divided by the total cost of Rp. 73,517,763.00, it will get a relative profit of 2.09 so that tomatoes farming in Leuntolu Village, Raimanuk District, Belu Regency is profitable / provides benefits to farmers in Leuntolu Village
<p>Village funds allocation has been provided to village government by central government starting in 2015. The provision of village funds aims at ingreasing equitable development in urban areas. This study aims to design a model of implementation of village funds management and farmer empowerment, with a case of Manusasi Village, Timor Tengah Utara Distict, bordering with Timor Leste. This research was conducted in August-September 2020. The methods used in this research were quantitative descriptive analysis and SEM based on variance, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling, with the chosen sample of 75 households from the total popultation 258 huosehold farmers. Results of this study indicated that planning had a significant effect on the evaluation process of village funds. The multiplier effect value of village funds in Manusasi Village was 1.39. There was no direct effect between physical capital, social capital, and human capital on the empowermeny of farming community in Manusasi Village. An important component of the implementation model of village fund management and farmer empowerment is the socialisation of the use of village funds which aims to increase public knowledge about village funds and build partnerships with universities or other institutions as sources of experts. The role of experts is to help improve village fund management and improve the quality of programs and planning. </p>
East Nusa Tenggara Province has land that tends to be dry, with several superior local fruit commodities such as oranges, mangoes, avocados, and jackfruit. One of the local fruit-producing centers in East Nusa Tenggara is North Central Timor (TTU) Regency. Most of the fruit needs in TTU Regency are supplied from West Miomaffo District, especially Saenam Village. Saenam Village produces 222 Kg of local fruit while Sallu Village is 345 Kg, but the sales volume value of Saenam Village is higher than Sallu Village with a difference of Rp. 1,000,000. Based on these conditions, this study focuses on the comparison of local fruit farming businesses in Saenam Village and Sallu Village. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the sales volume, relative market share level, and business position of local fruit commodities by applying BCG analysis. The results showed that the fruit business in Saenam Village had a total sales volume in 2018 of IDR 2,151,313, 2019 of IDR 1,915,296, and 2020 of IDR 2,175,685. Meanwhile, Sallu Village has a total sales in 2018 of Rp 1,009,821, 2019 Rp 899,584, and 2020 Rp 887,281. The market growth rate and relative market share are calculated based on the total sales volume. The results of the BCG analysis show that Saenam Village is in the star quadrant, with a market growth rate of 1.31% and a relative market share level of 2.57. Sallu Village has a market growth rate of -15.25% and a relative market share rate of 0.4. This value explains that the fruit products of Sallu Village are in the dog quadrant. The strategy that needs to be carried out by farmers in Saenam Village is to expand fruit marketing. The strategy that can be applied by farmers in Sallu Village is to replace fruit gardens with vegetable gardens in order to increase income and use land more optimally.
