This study aimed to develop and validate Scientific Argumentation Skills Test (SAST) and investigate the 11th-grade students' performance in scientific argumentation skills on acid-base chemistry. The research design used was research and development, followed by descriptive research. Research and development were carried out to obtain an instrument of SAST, and descriptive research was used to describe students' argumentation skills in acid-base chemistry. Participants in this study were 328 11th-grade students of state high schools in East Java, Indonesia. The research and development of SAST consisted of five steps, namely literature review, items development, expert judgment, pilot project, and finalization of instruments. Expert judgment involved three chemistry education experts, while the pilot project involved 151 students, and the identification of students' scientific argumentation skills involved 177 students. Data about expert assessments, student responses to the pilot project, and student answers to the application of SAST were analyzed descriptively. The SAST produced in the research and development steps consisted of parts A (10 items) and part B (7 items), with Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients of 0.888 and 0.758. The students' performance in scientific argumentation skills showed that the average score of students' performance to determine the argument's components was 80.53% (excellent category). The average score of students' performance to write an argument was 55.42% (moderate category). The implication of the study that the students' scientific argumentation skills must be explicitly trained in learning.
Enactment of Law No.33 Th. 2014 or the Law on Halal Product Guarantee (Act JPH) and PP No.31 Th. 2019 as a guide for implementing the JPH Law has the consequence of having halal certification obligations on all products in circulation. Revealed again in PMK RI No. 57/PMK.05/2021. This process requires stakeholder readiness and education for industry players throughout Indonesia, including Kudus Regency. The existence of this policy raises the problem of how to implement it in the field. This study aims to determine its implementation, responses from MSMEs, challenges and opportunities for MSMEs.This research is field research with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and document studies. The data processing through the making of transcripts, codes, and categorization. Then analyzed using qualitative analysis. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Act JPH in the Kudus Regency has not been optimal. It is shown from the implementation activities, communication between stakeholders, and implementing tendencies in implementing policies. This research also finds there are various challenges to be faced and opportunities that can be utilized for MSMEs with the existence of a mandatory halal certification policy.
Consumer Price Index (CPI) is an index number indicates the price level of commodity and services must be purchase by consumers inone period. The purpose of the research is to analyze macroeconomics impact to CPI on variable Interest Rate of Credit, Money Supply, USD Exchange Rate, and Inflation as variables. Data used in this research was taken from Central Statistics Agency Indonesia and The Central Bank of The Republic of Indonesia. The result from F test shows significant relationship in Interest Rate of Credit, Money Supply, USD Exchange Rate, and Inflation to CPI. Meanwhile t test shows there is no significant relationship between Money Supply and USD Exchange Rate to CPI, while significant relationship Interest Rate of Credit and Inflation to CPI. Based on Adjuted R Square; Interest Rate of Credit, Money Supply, USD Exchange Rate, and Inflation towards to CPI is 65.6% while the rest of it 34.4% was influenced by other factors.
Indonesia’s economic growth can no longer depends on internal trade only but needs to depend on the export and import with the global market, thus macroeconomic influence towards export and import needs further research. Thus, this research focuses on the effect of multiple macroeconomic variables which are the rate of loans, money supply, inflation and consumer price index towards export and import in Indonesia. The data used in this research are secondary data acquired from BPS, BI and the Ministry of Trade during the periode of 2012-2018, which are analyzed using the classic assumption tests (normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test) followed by the multiple regression analysis. Based on the F test we concluded that all the dependent variables are simultaneously effecting both import and export, while the T test shows that only the Consumer Price Index does not have any effect towards both import and export while the other variables effect both import and export, this signifies that Consumer Price Index does not need to be considered in analyzing and forecasting of both import and export.
This analysis is meant to look at the impact of gratitude and hope on subjective well-being of fishermen. This study concerned 240 fishermen in Pelabuhan Ratu. Sampling is finished mistreatment non probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The instruments used consisted of Flourishing Scale and Positive and Negative Scales (SPANE) Scale from Diener, Wirtz, Biswas-Diener, Tov, Kim-prieto, Choi, and Oishi (2009), State Hope Scale (SHS) developed by Snyder (2001), whereas the the gratitude was measured by GRAT from Watkins, Woodward, Stone & Kolts (2003). The results show that there's a major impact of gratitude and hope towards subjective well-being of fishermen. Then, the every one dimensions have a major parametric statistic on subjective wel-being.
