Entikong is one of Indonesia's border areas that is crossed by vehicles across national borders from Malaysia and Brunei. Data collection is based on computers to check passing vehicles. This is of course a problem if you want to get vehicle data quickly and effectively. This will cause problems again if there is interference on the internet or the internet condition becomes slow. Therefore, it is necessary to make a mechanism for accessing application pages with offline conditions. The application of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) in an application can keep the website accessible to users even though the internet condition is offline. Service Workers on PWA will work based on an internet connection. If the application is online, data will be called from the server to use. If offline, the data will be retrieved from the device cache sent to the application. From the test results, even though the internet is offline, the Sipintar application website can still be accessed. The browser storage required is only 630kb for cache storage, 2kb for Service Worker and 302b for Indexed DB. In addition, server load balancing is needed for the use of heavy network traffic. From the results of monitoring the server shows that the usage of bandwidth resources on the Sipintar application server only has a most usage of 1.3 Mbps.
Saat ini, pengambilan data yang akan digunakan dalam pelaksanaan seleksi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) untuk pemberian bantuan kepada 20 keluarga kurang mampu di Desa Tengguli Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat, dilakukan oleh petugas dengan cara mendatangi rumah-rumah penduduk secara langsung. Data yang diambil oleh petugas antara lain jenis lantai, jenis dinding, dan jumlah orang. Namun dalam proses seleksinya hanya membandingkan data-data yang ada secara kasat mata tanpa menggunakan perhitungan yang sebagaimana mestinya, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup banyak dalam proses seleksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk menentukan calon-calon penerima bantuan PKH menggunakan metode Promethee. Keluaran yang dihasilkan berupa nilai Net Flow yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menentukan calon penerima bantuan berdasarkan urutan nilai Net Flow terbesar ke nilai terkecil. Dari hasil pengujian 200 kepala keluarga, diperoleh nilai Net Flow terbesar adalah 0,219221 dan nilai Net Flow terkecil adalah -0,362437. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka yang mendapatkan bantuan PKH pada Desa Tengguli adalah 11 kepala keluarga dari Dusun Pelok, 3 kepala keluarga dari Dusun Pemidingan, 5 kepala keluarga dari Dusun Sawang, dan 1 kepala keluarga dari Dusun Sajat. Sedangkan pengujian sistem aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan White Box, dan diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem sudah berfungsi sesuai dengan rancangan.Kata kunci: PKH, Promethee, White Box, Net Flow, Rangking.
Regional Research, Development and Innovation (PPID) is one of the fields in the Planning, Development, Regional, Research and Development Agency (BAPPEDALITBANG). The PPID sector at the Kubu Raya Regent's Office has a program to select consulting services. However, the implementation of the selection of consulting services is still done manually by giving each participant a score based on predetermined criteria and the files that have been collected. These values are then added up manually and ranked. The basis for assigning value to participants in consulting services needs to be managed so that the assessment is more effective and structured. Storage of administrative files is still in the form of hard files, so it is less effective because it results in several risks, such as file loss and difficulty in searching for files, if needed. This study builds a decision support system using the Combinative Distance-Based Assessment (CODAS) method to recommend consulting service partners. The application of the CODAS method uses 3 criteria, 6 sub-criteria, and 19 sub-criteria. The results of calculations using the CODAS method are sorted from the highest value to the lowest value. From the 30 alternative data used, the first rank is A1 with a value of 4.6217, the second rank is A23 with a value of 4.3527, and the third rank is A27 with a value of 4.2107. Of the 30 alternative data used, the Spearman rank correlation value of 0.9973 is included in the very high positive category
Firmware is software that resembles an operating system and embedded in the hardware. On Internet of Things (IoT) devices, the already installed firmware will not be updated for the specified time or will not even be updated at all. This is because the firmware is considered a system whose needs and functions do not need to be changed. However, in reality the firmware that is already installed and is being run definitely needs a change. The update process generally also uses conventional methods, namely by connecting devices on a computer using a cable. This method is of course not effective and efficient to do, especially if you have many devices installed and running. Therefore, in this study, an update system was created to update devices using the internet network. The update system built on this study using Over The Air (OTA) techniques and Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). In testing the update process with 3 IoT devices simultaneously, the average time needed by device 1, device 2 and device 3 is 43 seconds, 44 seconds and 45 seconds. In the QoS analysis carried out, the results obtained throughput of 100% (very good), packet loss of 0% (very good), average delay of 93,931ms (very good) and jitter of 98,948ms (medium) on the network used for updating
