С помощью гистологических методик, морфометрии и статистического анализа изучали возрастные изменения толщины коры и слоёв в двигательной и зрительной областях коры полушарий большого мозга 89 человек от рождения до 20 лет. Установлено, что в процессе постнатального онтогенеза отмечается неравномерное изменение толщины коры и слоёв, которое происходит в функционально различных зонах коры большого мозга человека неодинаково. Changes in cortical thickness and layers of motor and visual areas of the human brain from birth to 20 years old. Using histological techniques, morphometry, and statistical analysis we studied age-related changes in the thickness of the cortex and layers of the motor and visual cortex of 89 people from birth to the age of 20 y.o. It has been established that in the process of postnatal ontogenesis there is an uneven change in the thickness of the cortex and layers. It occurs differently in functionally different areas of the cortex of the human brain.
