In the scientific work «Impact of training in Combat Horting on prevention of psychophysiological stress of students and students, cadets» by analyzing psychological and pedagogical sources found that aspects of psychophysiological mechanisms of stress reflected in the fundamental works of domestic and foreign researchers. The authors described four stages of pedagogical experiment (1st: generalization of data of scientific and methodological literature from a certain direction of research; 2nd: questioning of cadets, students and students who attend six months (training) in combat horticulture; 3rd: pedagogical observations of a certain contingent; 4th: conversation with youth). Described daily tips to avoid stress and fatigue. Emphasis is placed on the fact that in order to avoid stress and fatigue for coaches, teachers should systematically conduct training exercises. It is emphasized that Combat Horticulture is a national professional and applied sport of servicemen and law enforcement officers, as well as other power structures of Ukraine. It is an important component of the patriotic, cultural and spiritual upbringing of children and young people, the revival and development of sports, recreational and martial traditions of the Ukrainian people, the promotion of health, the development of physical, moral, volitional and intellectual abilities of a person by involving the population in participation in Combat competitions Horting. The rules of the competition for the sport «Fighting Horting» are designed and operate on the basis of experience and experience in a mixed type of martial arts, designed for athletes of all ages. The main part of the Rules lists the age groups and weight categories of the competitors who compete with each other under these Rules in different sections of the competition. The sections of combat horticulture competitions are divided into contact and conditionally contact. Contact sections of Combat Horticulture competitions include: «Hand-to-hand combat», «Wrestling fight», «Self-defense». The contingent section of Combat Horticulture competitions is the «Form» section.
The article outlines the concept of recreation, modern recreational activity, its health orientation for students of educational institutions. It determines factors that influence the support of the motor activity of students and the effect of recreational activities. Authors make attempt to generalize the modern views of scientists on the problem of organizing recreational activities in the system of physical culture and sports and prove that scientific organization of recreational activity is of great importance. It proposes basic approaches to the definition of the terms "physical recreation", "recreational activity". The article defines directions of recreational activity, in particular recreational-tourism. The authors prove effectiveness of using recreational activities technology with its positive influence on the indicators of physical condition of students, volume of physical activity, organization of useful leisure and active rest, level of recreational culture. The article gives background to further refinement of the theoretical foundations of physical recreation, as despite of great empirical material, requires a qualitatively new form of organization of knowledge about it. This requires a scientific study of the nature, specification of the development of knowledge about physical recreation, the characteristics of its basic features, objects and functions, conceptual models and analysis of the foreign experience of organizing activities in the field of physical reaction, sports and health tourism.
In connection with the reform of education in higher education institutions, the concept of distance education is being actively developed, which provides for the development of educational courses aimed at ensuring the accessibility, quality and efficiency of education. There are various ways to solve them, one of which is the informatization of education. In turn, informatization allows to effectively develop various modern pedagogical technologies. The article is devoted to the theoretical and methodological principles of the organization of the educational process in the conditions of higher education with the use of distance learning technologies. The article reveals the essence of the concept of "distance learning", describes the benefits of distance technology, analyzes the effectiveness of distance learning for university students. The concept of "blended learning", "distance learning", methodological approaches, a number of general didactic and methodological principles on which the process of learning in higher education is based when applying the distance learning model are analyzed and specified. The methods, forms of organization and tools used in blended learning are described, as well as the advantages of such a learning model are highlighted. A schematic representation of the structure of the methodical system of blended learning in the conditions of higher education is developed. The use of blended learning in higher education solves the problems of individualization, intensification and optimization of learning, is the most logical and natural evolution of the traditional model of learning.
The article presents a theoretical analysis and summarizes the approaches on the use of tourism in recreational activities of students. Based on theoretical analysis and synthesis of specified scientific- methodical literature revealed that the need of the youth in active recreation, is an integral part of the harmonious, comprehensively developed personality of a student. Proved the effectiveness of technology forming recreation culture of students taking into account the positive impact on indicators of physical condition, the theoretical training, the amount of motor activity, the organization of useful leisure and recreation. Substantiation for the structure and content of the technology of forming a recreational activity of students, and defined and developed organizational and methodical conditions of its realization in a higher educational institution means the health and recreational physical activity. The concept of sport tourism, sports and health campaign described. It outlines the main features and challenges of sport tourism, analyzes its types and functions. The article shows various approaches to the definition of this concept identified the characteristics and features. Classification of sport tourism will thoroughly examine its modifications and main development trends and characteristics, will allow organizing the knowledge and deeply understanding the nature of sport tourism, solving the problems of its territorial organization, to plan the development of the material base, to produce and sell the tourist product. Sports and health tourism plays a significant role in the development of the domestic tourist movement. In fact, it is one of the most accessible mass forms of outdoor activities and ways to discover the world. Today, sport trips are becoming an integral part of the life of all segments of the population. Ukraine has all the prerequisites for the intensive development of sports and recreational tourism: geographical position and topography, favorable climate, rich natural, historical, cultural and tourist-recreational potential.
