The article formulates and substantiates the prospects for forming logistics processes in the wartime period. The problems of logistics processes during the war period were identified. The essence of supply chain management has been studied. The advantages and expediency of the application of the concept of the quick response by domestic enterprises, which is caused by the increase in the number of complicated requests on the market and the increase in the level of competition due to the import of goods from countries with cheap resources (raw materials, labor, etc.), have been investigated. Methods of neutralizing the influence of problem areas on logistical processes during the war period are proposed.

The work investigated the problems of risk management of information support for implementing innovations. Under current, highly dynamic operating conditions, any processes (including business processes) are inseparable from risk. It is inherent in all branches of market activity. Risks cannot be ignored. It is advisable to use anticipatory (preventive) measures to prevent them, reduce their level, or compensate depending on the types of risks, circumstances of their occurrence, level, etc. Ensuring the sustainable development of domestic enterprises under the current conditions of instability and crisis in Ukraine is significantly complicated by significant risk factors. An important condition for effective information provision in implementing innovative projects is the ability to turn uncertainty into risk and its subsequent management. Information support for implementing innovations (implementation of innovative projects) is characterized by a high level of risk. The paper analyzes the risk structure of the stakeholders of the innovative project. The proposed process of step-by-step risk management of the information support of the enterprise's innovative activities. The proposed risk management system of information support for implementing innovations by enterprises consists of applying key (main) functions. A functional approach to the risk management process of information support for implementing innovations will involve the planning and organization of this activity, as well as further control and, in the event of deviation from the plan, regulation (adjustment). For the effective implementation of innovative projects, domestic enterprises need to investigate and manage the risks of information provision of this activity at each stage. Improvement, development of information provision of innovative projects, and formation of the risk management system of this activity will help save time for all participants, increase efficiency and accuracy, and reduce uncertainty.

В статті розглянуто особливості формування системи управління логістикою у воєнний період. Проаналізовано вітчизняну логістичну галузь. Стаття містить аналізування динамічності обсягів реалізованої продукції (послуг) вітчизняними логістичними підприємствами протягом. Визначено виклики для вітчизняної логістичної галузі, що пов’язані із війною. Виокремлено ключові проблеми управління вітчизняною логістичною системою та потенційні шляхи їх вирішення. Відзначено, що стратегія розвитку вітчизняної логістичної системи потребуватиме суттєвого коригування, регулювання. В статті розглянуто необхідність регулювання логістичних стратегій, перегляду всіх усталених підходів як до гармонійного розвитку комунікаційно-мережевої структури транспортної системи підприємства, регіону, так і до формування, розбудови саме її логістичної функції за кризових умов господарювання. Обґрунтовано доцільність в процесах управління логістичними ланцюгами постачання використання концепції швидкого реагування («QuickResponseLogistics») за умов війни, при високому рівні динамічності середовища.

The problem of applying the scrum approach in the management system of the information activity of the enterprise is considered. The role of information support in the enterprise management system is analyzed. It was determined that the success of the implementation of the mission, goals, tasks of the operation, the efficiency of the development of enterprises depends significantly on the level of awareness of its management system, timeliness, completeness of obtaining information about current, perspective processes of the internal and, most importantly, external environment, as well as the adequacy of the interpretation of the levels of their influence on the vital activities of enterprises. Significant changes observed in recent years in economic conditions, approaches, methods, and management systems have been studied. They contribute to the solution of problems related to ensuring as a current activity, the long-term stable development of enterprises. The main properties of modern information systems of enterprises are highlighted. The main criteria for evaluating the effectiveness (effect) of the use of information systems for enterprises are analyzed. The potential opportunities and advantages of using the scrum approach in the information management systems of enterprises are studied. The members of the scrum team in the organizational structure of the management of information activities of the enterprise, their functional responsibilities are characterized. A conceptual model of the formation and development of enterprise information systems based on the Scrum approach has been developed. The main advantages of using the Scrum approach in the information management system of the enterprise are analyzed. Prospects of using modern information technologies for enterprise management are studied. Their practical application will make any enterprise more competitive by increasing the level of its manageability, faster adaptation to market dynamics, etc. It is substantiated that the appropriate level of information activity of the enterprise, the management process will increase the level of stability, to respond in time to the dynamism of the external environment.
