At this stage scientific and technological progress, which reaches unprecedented levels is characterized by the continuous creation of new and improved existing technologies and means of production. In turn the aviation industry is the realization of new achievements and achievements in the practical aspect of application. There are the developments of new equipment, both on-board and on-board; creation of powerful engines; updating fleet of aircraft, as well as designing new types. But along with such positive achievements at the first glance, aviation transport remains a large source of harmful factors for the environment, the first of which is usually in the vicinity of large cities, and the latter, in turn, within large citiesTherefore, the current situation leads to the necessary, development and implementation of a comprehensive environmental safety program in aviation transport. Most recently, experts and specialists in the field of the aviation industry have concluded that the using of passenger flight services as well as freight aircraft services have been much more efficient from an economic point of view than the using of automobile transport.So, in general, a passanger jet needs 100 times more fuel for a flight than an automobile. But if you talk about fuel consumption for a trip to a particular distance, in this case, that the needs of the aircraft will be almost 2 times less than for the automobile transport. Let's consider this situation on a concrete example. How will the amount of necessary fuel for the Boeing 747 passenger aircraft and the Honda Civic passenger car differ, in overcoming the distance from Chicago to London? Fig. 1. The relevance and timeliness of ensuring the territorial development of land use at the regional level is deter-mined. The aim of the study is to develop conceptual provisions and a methodological approach to determining and assessing the territorial development of land use in regions. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: identification of problems in the system for ensuring the territorial development of land use in the regions; the formation of conceptual provisions for determining the territorial development of regional lands; development of a methodological approach to assessing the level of territorial development of land use. The problematic aspects are identified and a definition of the concept of «territorial development of land use in the region» is proposed. The directions of the development and implementation of a methodological approach to assessing the territorial development of land use in the regions are described. As a result of the study, an integral indicator of the territorial development of land use in the region was determined, the value of which indicates the need to change its trends by taking measures and developing scientifically sound recommendations for ensuring the territorial development of land use for the transition from a moderate scenario to a growth scenario. Adverse conditions in the Arctic North provoke the development of various diseases, primarily cardiovascular and respiratory systems, metabolism. The main etiological factors are hypoxia, low temperatures, geomagnetic storms, desynchronosis, stress, impaired microcirculation, pathogenetic changes in hormonal regulation of metabolic reactions. To develop effective methods of treating diseases provoked by adverse environmental conditions and activities in the Arctic North, as well as their prevention, it is necessary to develop a new strategy for medical support of this problem. As an alternative, it is proposed to use methods of restorative medicine, based on the use of non-drug factors (natural origin and physiotherapy), which have a systemic effect on various functional systems of the body. In this regard, of particular interest are mineral waters used internally, in the form of baths and inhalations, controlled hypoxia, physical activity, reflexology.
Given the provisions of the existing regulatory framework, contributions and achievements in the development of modern land management, it can be noted that the current outline of legal features of land and real estate, the presence of significant gaps and unresolved issues need to clarify these problems and find effective practical measures. The purpose of the article is to study the existing regulatory requirements for the acquisition of ownership of real estate in combination with ownership of land. The article examines the existing regulatory requirements for the acquisition of ownership of real estate in combination with ownership of land. The paper analyzes modern approaches to obtaining the right to land under real estate in Ukraine. The procedure for assigning a cadastral number before the alienation of real estate is determined; schemes of land formation under the real estate object; the procedure for state registration of real estate rights and the grounds for refusal of it and others are determined. The order, principles, requirements and regulatory documents at formation of the ground area under real estate objects are offered. The article considers the peculiarities of assigning a cadastral number to the land plot on which the residential building is located. It is noted that the state registration of land plots is carried out at their location by the relevant state cadastral registrar. It is determined that the acquisition of the right to a person's share in the ownership of a residential building, building or structure under the contract as a result of state registration of rights is a fact of acquisition of real estate. The norms specified in the article establish the general principle of integrity of the real estate object with the land plot on which this object is located. According to these norms, the definition of land rights is directly dependent on the ownership of the building and structure. The provisions developed in the article will increase the efficiency of land use and real estate by defining regulations on their mutual influence.
