The ways of compensating for this impact by including verified communicators in the organizational structure are considered. The positive impact of such innovation on organizational efficiency is shown, and the ways to achieve the maximum effectiveness of this measure are determined for organizations with different levels of individual employee efficiency or different intensity of changes in the external environment.Conclusions. The negative impact of reduced information supply on organizational efficiency during a pandemic can be successfully compensated through organizational restructuring associated with the introduction of verified communicators in the organizational structure.
