Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a vision-threatening complication of diabetes mellitus (DM). OCT angiography is the gold standard for diagnostics of microcirculatory changes associated with DR. In this study, AI-based software assessment of OCT-A images was used to analyze images of patients with type 1 diabetes and healthy volunteers.
