The study looks at the specifics of high-rise development in Yekaterinburg. High-rise buildings are considered in the context of their historical development, structural features, compositional and imaginative design techniques. Experience of Yekaterinburg architects in experimental design is considered and analyzed. Main issues and prospects of high-rise development within the Yekaterinburg structure are studied. The most interesting and significant conceptual approaches to the structural and compositional arrangement of high-rise buildings are discussed.
The article proposes to carry out an automated calculation and optimization of spatial structures of prefabricated buildings from standard elements. Mathematical models of calculation of structural systems for load-bearing capacity are submitted. There have been worked out an algorithm of calculation of structural systems with optimal parameters of structures in CAD environment for static and dynamic effects. Technical solutions of the structural system obtained on the basis of the results of theoretical research in the process of computer-aided design are presented.
Проектирование современных объектов строительства неразрывно связано с синтезом оптимальных по массе вариантов несущих конструктивных систем. Получение эффективных (оптимальных) решений при синтезе конструктивных систем стало возможным и достижимым как по срокам, так и по стоимости при автоматизированном проектировании с использованием средств архитектурно-строительной бионики. Предлагаются алгоритмические модели автоматизированного синтеза конструктивных систем по массе. Представлены решения конструктивных систем, полученные на основе результатов теоретических исследований в процессе проектирования в среде САПР. The design of modern construction objects is inseparably associated to the synthesis of mass-optimized variants of load-bearing structural systems. Obtaining efficient (optimal) solutions at the synthesis of structural systems has become possible and achievable both by the timing and the cost due to the computer aided design with the use of architectural bionics means. The article proposes using algorithmic models for automated synthesis of massoptimized structural systems. The author presents some solutions of structural systems obtained on the basis of the results of theoretical research in the process of designing in the CAD environment.
