The article presents a systematic approach to the assessment of scientific and technological space. The strategic nature of scientific, technical and innovative cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation within the framework of the Union State is revealed and its priority areas are reflected. A comparative analysis of the scientific and technological potential of the two countries was carried out, including at the regional level. As the most important tool for the formation of a single scientific and technological space, joint programs were identified and an assessment was made of their implementation. The role of interaction between the Russian Academy of Sciences nd the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and their focus on the formation of a common program of fundamental research is reflected. The successful experience of interstate regional scientific and technical cooperation is presented. Recommendations have been developed to ensure the formation of a single scientific and technological space of the Union State.
The article discloses actual issues and perspective directions of the economic integration development of the CIS member states; the modern conditions and the dynamics of the foreign economic relations development between the CIS member states and the PRC are given; the need to deep integration relations between countries on the principles of multi-level and multi-speed integration is proved; the role of fundamental and applied economic science as an effective and efficient mechanism of ideological and political struggle is proved; the proposals for the development measures aimed to reducing the risk of uncertainty in the framework of interstate interaction, the development of stable relationships between the member states and the formation on this basis an integral, internally stable economy structure of the CIS member states are formulated.
