The 105 patients were undergone the medical observation after operations of various volume on thyroid gland. The patients were divided into 3 groups — patients without additional changes (n = 74), with nodes in residual tissue (n = 20), patients with glandular tissue after thyreoidectomy (n = 11). The amount of relapses was increasing with prolongation of postoperative period. For specification of relapsing nodules and thyroid residue spreading after thyreoidectomy the complex radiological examination is proposed.
In the analysis of known ways to prevent adhesions, by which the proposed alternative effects on the formation of adhesions in the abdominal cavity. We analyze the effect of antioxidant complex formation of adhesions in the experiment.
With gistostereometry study the structure of the anal canal and anal sphincter dogs in norm and after proctectomy with bringing down the colon, forming neoanus and neosphinkter. The artificial sphincter is the inevitable process of smooth muscle atrophy can save at least half the volume of smooth muscle, similar to the number in the internal sphincter needed to restore function after holding involuntary proctectomy. Neoanus of mucous and submucosal colon relegated acquired typical smooth relief with the advent of the vertical pleats on the type of anal columns of Morgagni and with the perianal skin was closely associated with the subcutaneous portion of the external sphincter smooth muscle and an artificial sphincter. Thus, the experimental model of the internal sphincter and neoanus created by bringing down the mucous and the formation of smooth cuffs, very similar in quantitative and qualitative terms, the structure of the anal canal and anal sphincter dogs and can be used in clinical practice.
Proctectomy with total mesorectal excision, resection of the internal sphincter, deep portions of the external sphincter and reductionwas performed on nine patients aged from 38 to 74 years with adenocarcinoma of low rectal cancer (T2N0M0 (n = 4), T2N1M0 (n = 1), T3N0M1 (n = 3), T4N2M1 (n = 1)), located in 8–25 mm from an anus. Simultaneously, atypical resections of the liver were performed on two of the patients. In the perineal section of the reduced intestine a sphincter was created from a smooth muscle cuff, a levator from not free serous, and a muscular flap, fixed to a forward wall of the small basin, and a reservoir of cross stitched submucosa site formed after the formation of a levator. 5 of the patients (T2N0-1M0)had no disease advance 3–9 years. They were able to hold firm feces, but were less able to hold liquid feces, and sometimes didn’t hold intestinal gas or differentiate between feces and gas, but were capable of ignoring an urge to defecate and to detain a defecation (level of a fecal continence on a scale of "Wexner score" (11 ± 1) of points).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
