All principal international comparisons, including key comparisons, in the area of ac voltage are o~anized by the Consultative Committee on Electricity and Magnetism (CCEM). It should be emphasized that the Main Scientific Center of the Mendeleev Institute has successfully participated in practically all comparisons in which Russia has taken part [1, 2]. Only in recent years, with the participation of the Mendeleev Institute, have international comparisons of ac-voltage standards been pertbrmed or completed at the levels of 1 (1.5) V at frequencies of 10 Hz to 1 MHz, 1000 (500) V at 1-100 kHz, 3 V at 1=50 (100) MHz, and 1 V at 1-300 (1000) MHz.As can be seen, the comparisons of ac-voltage standards cover a very broad range of frequencies (I 0 Hz to 1000 MHz)
