The paper presents the clinical case of Pseudosarcoma Kaposi (Mali type) of patient at age of 45 years. Its manifestation was induced by trauma and this was not a congenital vascular dysplasia as in Pseudo - Kaposhi sarcoma (Stewart - Bluefarb type).

The authors describe two cases of discoid lupus erythematosus in girls who were treated in an inpatient clinic and had a good result. No diagnosis had been made for the patients for several years, and the therapy has been inefficient before because of particular features of the clinical picture (absence of follicular hyperkeratosis and evident atrophy in the foci).
