The digital transformation of the economy is associated with the active introduction of digital technologies that lead to serious changes in organizations and industries. The digital transformation of organizations is associated with a change in business models, organizational culture, as well as with the improvement of management methods and approaches in accordance with the Company 5.0 strategy. The article discusses the main aspects of the implementation of digital transformation in organizations, including strategic directions and development objectives, the use of a human-centered approach to management.
