Annotation. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the feasibility of implementing innovative technologies, forms, and methods of teaching in the educational process of higher education institutions, as the main factor in the formation of professional skills of future professionals in terms of combined distance learning. The following methods have been using at work: biblio-semantic, historical, and content analysis. The issues of implementation of innovative teaching methods in higher education students in the conditions of distance learning are covered, namely: the creation of "intelligence map" on a given topic and independent work of students in "small group," the efficiency of application of "case technologies" in practical classes and conducting seminars in the format of a problem lecture. The importance of innovative training in the process of forming professional skills of future specialists in the conditions of combined classroom and distance education has been emphasizing.
Annotation. The purpose of this work is to study the European experience of digitization of psychological and psychiatric care for patients with mental illnesses in European Mental Health Centers and its integration into health care institutions of Ukraine. Methods used in the work: bibliosemantic, content analysis. The article is devoted to the study of the experience of providing telepsychiatric (cyber-psychiatric) care to patients with mental disorders of the psyche and behavior using modern digital technologies for the remote provision of medical services via the Internet using various Internet platforms, applications installed on smartphones, tablets, computers/ laptops, and its integration into the medical space of Ukraine.
