The various technologies of plasma surface hardening of the crests of wheel pairs with regard to the conditions of the Far North are considered by the example of Norilsk enterprises. When considering economic issues the cost of repairing wheelsets were considered. The advantages and disadvantages of each method of plasma surface hardening are shown. Criteria for the economic feasibility of their implementation are established. It is shown that from the standpoint of hardening process cost of one wheel, it is preferable to use the plasma quenching technology in the arc mode.

The analytics of enterprises and office buildings of the Russian Federation with international certificates was carried out. The reasons for the weak development of green building in Russia, especially in Siberia, have been assessed. The criteria necessary for the development of this direction are revealed.
This article presents a comparison of business incubators with business accelerators as state support projects in accordance with the government order of March 6, 2015 No. 373-p, which implements the innovative development strategy for the period up to 2020 in the Russian Federation. Also is carried analysis, development specifics of them in the Irkutsk region and the advantages/disadvantages of the each system are revealed.
The article provides a classical prime cost accounting, outlining steps for calculating the cost at production site. The calculations compare two methods of manufacturing titanium parts for the aviation industry. The first method uses the mold forming by drop forging and the second one uses a modern superplastic manufacturing technology. This comparative calculation will determine the price of production of one set of parts for the SU-30. The considered methods of manufacturing parts will show the prime cost of production and will draw conclusions on further cooperation between Irkutsk Aviation Plant and Irkutsk State Technical University in the field of titanium products mold forming for modern aircraft.

It indicates the problems in the organization of the activity of new repair enterprise and the ways of their solution, aimed at the increase of the production efficiency, including those associated with staff motivation.
