Objetivo: Avaliar o nível de satisfação dos profissionais de enfermagem de uma unidade de pronto-socorro. Métodos: Estudo de abordagem quantitativa, do tipo exploratória, descritiva e transversal realizado com a colaboração de 33 profissionais. Para coleta de dados utilizou-se um instrumento com o intuito de registrar os dados pessoais dos participantes e para avaliar o nível de satisfação dos mesmos foi aplicada a Escala de Atitude do Índice de Satisfação Profissional. Resultados: Evidenciou-se que os participantes obtiveram o conceito “Bom” sendo o domínio que mais contribuiu para a satisfação dos participantes foi o requisito do trabalho e o de pior escore o domínio interação. Conclusão: Sugere-se que novos estudos sejam realizados visando correlacionar as características pessoais dos profissionais de enfermagem com os domínios que contemplam as escalas que avaliam satisfação profissional.Palavras-chave: enfermagem, satisfação, pronto-socorro.

Keywords:Emergency department ER visits Emergency nursing ABSTRACT Introduction: The over going in the emergency service is usually because of the problems which could be solved at the primary health service. The patients look for the emergency service many times because they do not know exactly the finality, which results in a huge waiting line. Aims: To describe the clinic and sociodemographic profile of the emergency users in an institution in Vale do Paraíba, São Paulo, Brazil. Methods: A quantitative, descriptive, transversal, the character documental, based on the data analysis collected from the attendance sheets of the patients who went to the emergency. The sample of this study was 774 attendances in the months of January, February, and March of 2015. Results: It was observed that 39% of the patients were between 19 and 25 years old, 55% female gender, 63% were from the city of Aparecida (Brazil), 82% were from the urban area, 98% had medical recipe, 34% did not do the examination, 29% had symptoms of flu, 81% of the patients had been discharged from the hospital, and 16% of the patients had got a headache. Conclusion: The attendance showed the need of clients' education to use the services in the primary health area.
Objective: This study aims to know the perceptions of nursing professionals regarding the identification of pain in the newborn, as well as to assess the level of knowledge of these professionals regarding the existence and applicability of pain assessment scales for newborns and possible nursing interventions to be performed. Methodology: This is a qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and cross-sectional study conducted at the Intensive Care Unit of Hospital Escola in the city of Itajubá, State Minas Gerais. The present study counted on the participation of 20 professionals who answered two instruments to capture the data from March to June 2016. The analysis was done by the statistical program Excel version 2013 and as for the data, it was recorded by means of interview, it has been used the analysis of content proposed by Laurence Bardin. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Teresa D'Ávila University Center. Results: The following categories were listed: Yes, Venous Puncture, Crying, Non-pharmacological interventions, Yes, NIPS scale and Non-use of scale. Conclusion: This study will enable the critical reflection of professionals involved in the care of the neonate in pain situation, sensitizing them to interpret and minimize pain in the human being who is not yet able to verbalize it.
