Today, investment in the real economy is a widely discussed topic. There are multiple points of view on implementing this mechanism. For Russia, such investment and the mechanism behind are urgent issues, as the country's machinery, equipment, and transports are mostly worn beyond limits. This paper discusses the matter of production system reliability. It also dwells upon the problems lack of reliability may represent. The authors describe a fourstage investment risks assessment method. They thus propose a method for testing the feasibility of financing the setup and upgrade of a production system. The proposed mathematical model will help increase return on investment by taking into account the reliability of process systems.
Increasing the intensity of the production process is directly related to improving the quality of human life. Today, there is a need for a quick and flexible response to changing consumer priorities. The solution to this complex problem is taken over by logistics. The logistics process is a sequence of operations that are organized in a certain way in time, allowing you to achieve your goals. The subject of the study of the logistics process is the organization, coordination, and optimization of the movement of material and related flows. The structure of the logistics process includes the following links: natural resources; mining; recycling; storage; distribution; transpor- tation of products. A simulation model of the logistics chain consisting of the above-listed links has been devel- oped. Resources are an energy source that feeds the logistics chain and ensures the movement of the material flow. Recycling transformation, transformation of resources into a specific type of product. Transport repre- sents active losses. Storage the delay in the movement of the material flow for the duration of storage. Distribu- tion costs for the trading sector. Mathematical models for studying the intensity of production processes using the Mathcad program are developed. The analysis was carried out: of a market model of the intensity of the flows of the production process of the market economy with a different resource bases; of a planned model of the inten- sity of the flows of the production process of the planned economy with different resource bases.
The paper considers issues of evaluating the effectiveness of innovation in production. The basis of the research is a systematic approach and a factor analysis of innovation activity of industrial enterprises. When assessing the effectiveness of innovative developments, it seems important to consider not only the economic component, but also the social effect, the impact of innovation on the environment, and the formation of an innovative climate in Russia. It is necessary to introduce a system of indicators linking the current level of production with the main tasks of innovative technological development and technical improvement of production.
Assessing the intensity of logistics flows is one of the most important functions of consumption management in socio-economic systems. Today, there is a need for rapid and flexible response of production, trade and transport systems to changing consumer priorities. Logistics takes over the solution of this complex problem. The intensity of the logistics process includes a wide range of issues from resource extraction, resource processing, storage, distribution and delivery of the finished product to the consumer. The paper considers the issues of modeling the intensity of logistics chain flows. A block diagram of the logistics process is constructed. The concept of logistics flow is given and its mathematical model is constructed. The mathematical model of the logistics flow is based on the correspondence of the logistics and electrical circuits. The parameters of the logistics flow model are determined. The relations between the parameters of the electrical and logistics chains are found. Transients in logistics chains are considered. Mathematical models have been developed to study the intensity of logistics flows using the Mathcad program. The analysis is carried out and conclusions are made. The analysis has shown that under any models of the economic system, a halt in development leads to a sharp decrease in the intensity of the logistics flow. In the conditions of a developed system, the market economy has an advantage in the intensity of the logistics flow compared to the planned economy, but the fluctuating process leads to constant economic crises, which disrupts the sustainable development of the system. The planned model is the most resistant to economic crises, this is confirmed by the development of China in the modern conditions of the pandemic.
