Emulsions are thermodynamically unstable heterogeneous biphasic system. There are certain parameters which if and emulsion follow considered as stable. There are lots of sign of physical and chemical instability of emulsion are creaming, cracking, phase inversion, flocculation. There are several methods of detect stability of prepared emulsion. Rheological assessment, macroscopic examination, globule size analysis and accelerated stability test. Many types of emulsifying agents are interfacial tension, film formation and electric potential and emulsion rheology. Emulgents form three types of films around dispersed phase globules are monomolecular, multimolecular and particulate film. Regard to the improvement in the effectiveness and stability several enhancements have been made in the emulsion technology micro emulsion, multiple emulsions, non aqueous emulsions, liposome emulsions, nanoemulsions and emulsions polymerization are few advances with the advancement in application of emulsion incorporate in this review.

This project is a prototype of “Touchscreen and Sms based security door locking system” which is accessed by a Touch screen module. The touch Screen module is further interfaced with a microcontroller unit where the password is inputted and compared with the original password stored in its EPROM and will give further instructions accordingly. The design consists of three main functional modules, namely; the Touch screen module, the Micro-controller and the GSM module. The Touch screen module acts as an input device used to access the door via a password or pattern locking system .The Micro-controller unit does all the comparison of the inputted password and accordingly give further instructions. The GSM module works as a transmitting unit, used to send intrusion messages to the user mobile device at the receiving end.

Many women are affected by vaginal fungal infections, also called yeast infections.  Vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) is a common fungal infection caused by Candida species, predominantly Candida albicans. RVVC compromises with women’s life. It causes symptoms – such as itching, pain, dyspareunia, dysuria, and leucorrhea2-4. Oteseconazole – a novel, oral, selective fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme 51 inhibitor, designed to avoid off-target toxicities. In clinical studies to date, oteseconazole has demonstrated impressive efficacy, a positive tolerability profile and hope for a superior RVVC treatment option. Fungal infection comes in different form like –ringworm athelets foot, toenail fungus, yeast infection and jock itch. Yeast infection of vagina and tissue at opening of vagina. Antifungal is used to treat and prevent mycosis. In this article we studied about the new FDA approved drug for vaginal yeast infection.
