To define, understand communication and its process, to discuss various types and forms of communication and how an effective communication will help in accomplishing operational excellence in pharmaceuticals. This research has been conducted to study the role of an effective communication in accomplishing Operational Excellence in Pharmaceuticals. This research was also carried out to prove, how an effective communication will play an important character in achieving Operational Excellence in an Organization. A good communication system among all the employees in the organization will always lead to better performance and better yields. An effective communication system always helps the Organizations in achieving the goals and objectives. A research questionnaire on role of an effective communication in accomplishing operational excellence in pharmaceuticals was developed to test the hypotheses on direct interview basis. Total 100 people were interviewed on the above topic. The questionnaire was presented with multiple choices like Strongly Agree, Agree, Can’t Say, Disagree and Strongly Disagree. 56% (56 people) of the people Strongly agreed that effective communication system will help in accomplishing Operational Excellence in the Organization, 27% (27 people) of the people Agreed, 6% (6 people) of the people responded Can’t Say, 5% (5 people) of the people disagreed and however, 6% (6 people) of the people Strongly disagreed that effective communication system will help in accomplishing Operational Excellence in the Organization. Finally, the research study concluded that a perfect communication plays a dynamic role in achieving Operational Excellence in Pharmaceutical Industry.
This research has been conducted to study how the leadership at top-level management has an influence in achieving Operational Excellence in Pharmaceuticals. This research intends to explain how the leadership at top-level management can bring Operational Excellence in the Organization. Without the complete support from the top-level management, quality product cannot be delivered to the customers/patients across the world. A research questionnaire on “Leadership at top-level management has an influence in achieving Operational Excellence in Pharmaceuticals” for Pharmaceutical companies A, B and C was developed to test the hypotheses on direct interview basis. In Pharmaceutical company A, total 150 people were interviewed on the above topic. Out of 150, 70.00% (105 people) of the people Strongly agreed, 16.67% (25 people) of the people Agreed, 3.33% (5 people) of the people responded Can’t Say, 4.67% (7 people) of the people disagreed and 5.33% (8 people) of the people only Strongly disagreed that Leadership at top-level management has a positive influence in achieving Operational Excellence in Pharmaceuticals. In Pharmaceutical company B, total 170 people were interviewed on the above topic. Out of 170, 67.65% (115 people) of the people Strongly agreed, 20.58% (35 people) of the people Agreed, 4.12% (7 people) of the people responded Can’t Say, 3.53% (6 people) of the people disagreed and 4.12% (7 people) of the people only Strongly disagreed that Leadership at top-level management has a positive influence in achieving Operational Excellence in Pharmaceuticals. Similarly, in Pharmaceutical company C, total 195 people were interviewed on the above topic. Out of 195, 69.23% (135 people) of the people Strongly agreed, 19.49% (38 people) of the people Agreed, 4.10% (8 people) of the people responded Can’t Say, 2.56% (5 people) of the people disagreed and 4.62% (9 people) of the people only Strongly disagreed that Leadership at top-level management has a positive influence in achieving Operational Excellence in Pharmaceuticals. Based on the study it has been concluded that the “Leadership at top-level management has a positive influence in achieving Operational Excellence in Pharmaceuticals”.
This research was carried out to understand the Role of Human Resource Management Practices in achieving Operational Excellence in Pharmaceutical Industry based at Hyderabad, India. This research aims to explain how an effective Human Resource Management system in an Organization can make a considerable change in accomplishing Operational Excellence. A research questionnaire on role of effective Human Resource Management practices in accomplishing Operational Excellence in Pharmaceutical companies 1, 2, 3 & 4 based at Hyderabad, India was developed to test the hypotheses on direct interview basis. In Pharmaceutical company 1, total 150 people were interviewed on the above topic. Out of 150, 63.33% (95 people) of the people Strongly agreed, 16.67% (25 people) of the people Agreed that effective Human Resource Management practices will help in accomplishing Operational Excellence in the Organization. The research was conducted at Pharmaceutical company 2, total 125 people were interviewed on the above topic. Out of 125, 71.2% (89 people) of the people Strongly agreed, 8.8% (11 people) of the people Agreed that effective Human Resource Management practices will help in accomplishing Operational Excellence in the Organization. The research was conducted at Pharmaceutical company 3, total 165 people were interviewed on the above topic. Out of 165, 66.06% (109 people) of the people Strongly agreed, 18.18% (30 people) of the people Agreed that effective Human Resource Management practices will help in accomplishing Operational Excellence in the Organization. Finally, the research was also conducted at Pharmaceutical company 4, total 143 people were interviewed on the above topic. Out of 143, 70.63% (101 people) of the people Strongly agreed, 14.69% (21 people) of the people Agreed that effective Human Resource Management practices will help in accomplishing Operational Excellence in the Organization.
