<p><em>This research aims to find out the impact of business incubator activities against the interests of student entrepreneurship at the University of Tridinanti. This type of research is comparative</em><em>. </em><em>The population </em><em>are </em><em>5,737 people. Sampling techniques using Accidental sampling by the number of samples was determined as many as 200 respondents. The primary data sources with the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis techniques using paired sample t test. The results showed that there is a difference of interest a student entrepreneurship before and after follow the business incubator activities with significance value of 0.000 where the average value of interest in entrepreneurship student business incubator activities after following increased by 1.960 point than before following the activities of the business incubator. The research also found that business incubator activities have changed the mindset of most college students.</em></p>

The purpose of this research are to determine and analyse the influence of Inflation and SBI rate to Stock Price at Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population used in this research are all Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique is a census, so the sample size used was the entire population that 10 Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Method used in this research is quantitative research. According to the result of regression analysis find that:inflation have significance effects to Stock Price at Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange, SBI Rate have significance effects to Stock Price at Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Pandemi COVID-19 diyakini memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar pada beberapa industri, salah satunya adalah industri pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak ekonomi dari pandemi Covid-19 terhadap industri pariwisata di Kota Palembang, serta langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan terhadap pemulihan industri pariwisata di Kota Palembang akibat pandemi Covid-19. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh industri pariwisata yang ada di Kota Palembang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden yang dipilih secara random selection. Pendekatan pengumpulan data meliputi data kualitatif, sedangkan sumber data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari survei, observasi, dan wawancara dengan responden. Dengan menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman, proses analisis data dimulai dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, serta verifikasi dan triangulasi data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 berdampak langsung terhadap penurunan pendapatan pelaku sektor pariwisata di Kota Palembang, tingkat hunian hotel, pendapatan pelaku sektor pariwisata, dan kontribusi industri pariwisata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. pendapatan per kapita Kota Palembang. Untuk memitigasi dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap sektor pariwisata di Kota Palembang, beberapa strategi telah ditetapkan. Diantaranya mempersiapkan dan membuka destinasi wisata dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat, melaksanakan program Cleanliness, Health, and Safety (CHS) bagi seluruh pelaku sektor pariwisata, serta melakukan inovasi dan peningkatan sektor pariwisata. dan meningkatkan kualitas daya tarik wisata dan produk ekonomi kreatif.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em>This research aims to know the influence of motivation, competence and financial capability toward interest continue studies on lecturer at the University of Tridinanti Palembang. This type of research is associative with the quantitative approach. The type of the data being used is the primary data by the method of data collection the questionnaire, interview and observation. The population in this research is still a qualified lecturer throughout the master's degree at the University of Tridinanti Palembang totaling 178 people. Sampling techniques using accidental sampling by the number of samples was determined as many as 100 respondents. The results showed that the hypothesis test simultaneously motivation, competence and the ability to financially influential interest continue studies on lecturer at University of Tridinanti Palembang with the value significance of 0.000. While partially, motivation, competence and financial capability to interest in continue study with each influence quantity amounting to 37%, 32%, and 23%.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: </em><em>Motivation, Competence, Financial Capability, Interest.</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi dan kemampuan finansial terhadap minat melanjutkan studi pada dosen di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap yang berkualifikasi magister di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang yang berjumlah 178 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi dan kemampuan finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi pada dosen di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial, motivasi, kompetensi dan kemampuan finansial berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan studi dengan besaran pengaruh masing-masing sebesar  37%, 32% dan 23%.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><em>: Motivasi; Kompetensi; Kemampuan Finansial; Minat.</em>
