The implementation of Pancasila values in character education is very important and interesting to discuss. There are a number of articles related to the implementation of Pancasila values in character education but there is still little literature on the literature review. The purpose of writing this article is to identify and identify the implementation of Pancasila values in strengthening character education as a literature review. Based on the literature review, it is known that the implementation of Pancasila values is very important in relation to character education. Characters that are appropriate and are shown attitudes related to the values contained in Pancasila, namely the values of character divine values (religious), love for the country, independence, environmental care and tolerance .
Quality of work life and job satisfaction is very important in an organization so that it attracts the attention of researchers. There are a number of articles on the relationship between quality of work life and job satisfaction, especially the Asian context; but there is a dearth of literature review on such relationship.The purpose of this review is to examine the relationship between quality of work life and job satisfaction in Asia. Based on the results of the literature review from various countries and organizations in Asia, we find that quality of work life and job satisfaction have a positive and significant relationship in organizations in various countries in the Asian region.
The current research aimed to analyze and determine the effect of principal managerial ability and teacher performance on the quality of senior high school in Way Kanan regency. This research is quantitative using a descriptive verification method with a cluster random sampling technique with a sample of 235 teachers of Way Kanan regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through multiple equation regression with the help of SPSS Statistics 17 software and then interpreted. The results of this study indicate that there was an influence of principal managerial ability on school quality by 63.7%. In addition, there was an influence of teacher performance on school quality by 58.6%, and finally there was an effect of principal managerial ability and teacher performance on school quality by 68.2%. The implications of the current findings are also discussed.
The emergence of the Covid-19 virus caused concern around the world in the fields of health, economy, social, politics and education. In the field of education, learning that was previously carried out in classrooms cannot be done temporarily. So that an alternative emerges in the learning method carried out, namely by implementing online and offline learning policies. This online learning is carried out in various countries in the world by utilizing online technology. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of online learning that has been applied in various Asian countries. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with literature and empirical approaches. The data obtained comes from several government regulations, studies of national and international journals and phenomena that occur in the field. The results suggest that online learning conducted in Asian countries has the impact of accelerating the transition and reformation in learning are not yet perfect, so it requires cooperation of all elements of education to support the implementation of online learning.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian meta analisis yang dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang gambaran umum mengenai penelitian pendidikan dengan menggunakan metode Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) terhadap hasil belajar IPA. STS diselenggarakan melalui studi longitudinal yang dilakukan sejak tahun 1978 dan masih sangat jarang penelitian yang mereview mengenai penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis untuk menilai hasil jurnal internasional dan jurnal nasional yang melibatkan STS sebagai kajian utama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan rata-rata ukuran efek (effect size) dari masing-masing penelitian yang dijadikan sampel kemudian dikategorikan berdasarkan interpretasi Cohen terhadap ukuran rata-rata efek pada masing-masing penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran STS berbasis IPA berdampak tinggi terhadap hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata effect size sebesar 0,68. Diketahui pula bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang dibedakan berdasarkan kelompok pendidikan, kelompok negara, dan bidang studi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA dengan metode STS menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik
