The article is devoted to the study of modern aspects of digitalization in the field of business process management. A conceptual scheme for the digitalization of business systems proposed. A set of indicators to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of business processes of economic entities developed.

Рассмотрены основные элементы механизма комплексной оценки эффективности системы бизнес-процессов предприятий отрасли машиностроения. Предложена методика расчета интегрального показателя эффективности. Определены стратегические цели и индикаторы оценки их достижения.

Abstract. The article examines aspects of monitoring of the level of machine-building enterprises strategic development based on the determination of their rating. Indicators of an assessment of capacity of the enterprise are presented and proved. The matrix of determination of the level of strategic development of machine-building enterprises on the basis of indicators of capacity of the enterprise and the cost of business is offered.

As a result of the analysis of existing methods for determining the effectiveness of the business processes the methodology is proposed, which serves the purpose of determining the level of competitiveness of enterprises and their strategic position.

Расмотрены вопросы образования промышленно-производственных кластеров. Разработан механизм создания промышленнопроизводственных кластеров с учетом обеспечения максимального уровня конкурентоспособности входящих в них хозяйствующих субъектов. Разра-ботаны веб-инструменты для комплексной оценки экономического эффекта создания кластера.
