Abstract. Advantages of solar energy for modern companies are evident already. Article describes mechanism of the solar electricity generation. Process of production of solar modules with appliance of the modern technologies of sun energy production. The branch of solar energy "green energy" become advanced in Russia and has a stable demand. Classification of investments on the different stages of construction projects of solar power plants and calculation of their economic efficiency. Studying of introduction of these technologies allows to estimate the modern prospects of development of branch of solar power. IntroductionAccessible inexhaustible sources of energy for the modern mankind. Advantages of solar energy are obvious: -Solar energy is infinite. Sun, being in the middle of its life cycle, will be active for billions of years.-The amount of solar energy is huge. Within 20 minutes sun sends to earth as much energy as the entire population of the earth can consume during a year.-Methods of production of the solar energy on a traditional basis and its delivery to the end user are extremely inefficient. Losses reach 80%.-Solar energy is available almost everywhere. And the way of its generation assumes minimal losses during delivery, since its production and usage are possible in the same place. Modern mass production of solar cells has already reached indicators with 20% efficiency [1].-Si -silicon is one of the main semiconductor elements used in the manufacture of modern photoconverters. Silicon has the second place after oxygen in the relevance through the abundance in the earth's crust. Traditional sources of energy as hydrocarbons (coal, gas, oil) are finite, and their reserves are wasting year after year.-Generation of solar energy through phototransduction, is absolutely environmentally friendly process. No emissions of carbon dioxide are produced, no nuclear waste is produced and environment is not polluted.-Nowadays, in many parts of the world solar energy is becoming cheaper than energy from traditional sources. Especially if all the losses of traditional energetics processes are taken into consideration, costs for compensation for the limitation of greenhouse gas emissions, costs for reclamation of the nuclear wastes.-In its latest study, Sarasin Bank tells about the enormous potential of solar energy and notes the achievement of parity (equality) of prices between the traditional and alternative energy in certain regions here and now, and predicts the huge potential of this industry in the next 5 years [2].-Solar energy, as one of the alternative sources, becomes the only available and effective source
Portland cement is a main type of construction materials, however his production does harm to the environment. In article the author has considered prospects of production technologies and the main properties of the eco-friendly knitting materials in the concrete used when constructing facilities different function. Researches have shown that alternative types of eco-friendly materials have the limited fields of use, but can widely be used for construction of roads, airfields, hydraulic engineering constructions already in the nearest future. Speed of their introduction in production will depend on activity and demand of consumers for these types of cement.
Due to the problems of the urban environment, people began to develop the technologies for “green” roofings as site landscaping. The purpose of the study was to examine the design methods of “green” roofings and to identify their unique positive properties. The research objectives consisted of the analysis of the “green” roofing technology and the identification of their weak points. The study examined external and internal environmental factors characterizing the possibility of using the roof of the building. The following normative characteristics were considered as design methods for “green” roofings: load-bearing bases and slopes, load calculation, waterproofing, roots protecting barrier, protective layers, thermal insulation, vapor barriers, and building units. The results of the study are organizational and technological design solutions for a “green” roofing using regulatory documentation. The weak points of the “green” roofing can be solved by competent design and high-quality performance. “Green roofings” can be more widely developed especially in multi-storey constructions. Any one-time costs in the design and construction of any facility are economically justified if they provide low operating costs when using these facilities. The developers pay attention to the compositions and design concept of the layers of the cultural environment for growing plants, as well as methods of preserving the plant substrate. The design concepts related to operating roofs are of great interest: arrangement of sports grounds, pools, walking paths. The arrangement of a green roof is a multi-directional technological task and, if necessary, the purpose of the subsequent research. We can single out the implementation of forecasting the further development of green roofing technologies. In the future, a large number of green roofings can increase the ecological rating of the area.
Design with resource-saving technologies has become an important part of the Terms of Reference for the project, and environmental friendliness has become a key core of the business center marketing strategy. The purpose of research was to develop the business center construction project as the model of resource-saving building. The research results are the following tasks: to create the comfortable environment for lessees and guests: thermal and visual comfort, air exchange quality; to ensure high energy efficiency of the building; to reduce the resource consumption costs to maximum (energy, water and heat). In the research, the project concept and business plan were developed, the project risks analysis was conducted and the project economic efficiency assessment was performed. In the course of research, the calculations of the full life cycle cost of the building were analyzed and made. The following technical characteristics on internal and external lighting, heat supply of the building, comfortable environment, heat exchange quality, water treatment and re-use, and energy-efficient elevators were considered. The project comprises the land improvement plan for adjacent territory, including introduction of the “green” roof technology to into operation. In the project, the risk of excess water consumption and damage of finishing materials and equipment were brought to minimum. It is planned to have separate accounting of the energy, water and heat by various lessees, floors and functional areas of the business center. The readings will be recorded by the automated control and dispatch system of the building. This will make it possible to conduct a detail results analysis, keep statistics and set the goals to reduce the resource consumption.
