Delos is a small island situated in the center of the Cyclades Islands, between Rheneia and Mykonos. Established as an archaeological park of 3.5 km 2 and a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1990, it has been excavated since 1873, mainly by the French School of Archaeology at Athens.
