The present work is aimed at the recovery of one of the great theorists of the process, of internationalization, the French economist Christian Palloix. Protagonist of the renewal of heterodox thinking about the world economy, the author elaborates one of the most original analyzes on the global functioning of capitalism emerged from the crisis of the seventies of the twentieth century:The theory of the internationalization of capital (1978), the author´s main work, which presents a pioneering proposal in the analysis of how globalization occurs at its origin.

The debate on the different scenarios that open up in the post-conflict Colombia refer to a central aspect: the solution of the problem of access to land overcoming of the field/city gaps. The hypothesis that the present work proposes, understands that the success of the post-conflict in Colombia resides, in an important part, in the implementation of a policy by the National Government that is related to the solution to the problem area foressen in the Agreement of peace. The present text intends to carry out comparative analyzes between the measures for the transformation of the Colombian countryside contemplated in the Peace Agreement and the National Development Plan of the National Government, the main documents where this problem is addressed.

RESUMENBajo la teorización del capital social se intenta analizar las vinculaciones entre economía y cultura, remarcando la trascendencia de los factores culturales como principio estructurador de la sociedad y una pieza más de la riqueza de las naciones. Entre estos factores se destaca la confianza como base de los procesos econó-micos modernos. A través de la conformación de esta realidad y de su inclusión en los análisis sobre el desarrollo económico y la erradicación de la pobreza, intentamos comprobar la influencia que en las últimas décadas está teniendo la visión social en la investigación económica.Palabras clave: capital social, desarrollo económico, estructurador social.The social capital as an instrument for the economic analysis. ABSTRACTThe relations between the economy and the culture is tried to be analyzed in this paper under the theorizing of the social capital, underlying the relevance of the cultural factors as the structural principle of the society and as another piece of the wealth of nations. The confidence stands out among these factors as the base of the modern economic process. An attempt of proving the influence that the social vision is having on the economic research over the last decades is carried out. This aim is tried by means of the establishment of this reality and its inclusion in the analysis of the economic development and the poverty eradication.Key words: social capital, economic development, social structural element.
