Integration of vocational, high schools and manufacture contributes to qualified personnel for the regional oil industry effective training. So this article is aimed at the model development of vocational, high school and manufacture integration in the regional system of vocational education. The basic approach to the structural-functional model development of vocational, high school and manufacture integration in the regional system of vocational education is an integrative one, taking into consideration the integrated system "vocational school-high school-manufacture" components in their unity and cooperation, giving it the integrity and structural and functional stability. Structural-functional model of vocational, high school and manufacture integration in the regional system of vocational education includes functional-target, organizational-structural, content, process and result components.
Article aims to develop the structure and content of higher professional school lecturer education competence as a lecturer professionalism should be evaluated not only on the quality of the studies, but also for his participation in education activities in higher school. It is needed to rely on a stating that education competence is an integral feature of professional and educational activities aimed at the effectiveness of the educational process in higher professional school in developing its structure and content. In the structure of the lecturer education competence there are four components: humanologic, socio-pedagogical, organizational and methodical, professional personal. Their content is disclosed in knowledge, skills, abilities and personal qualities as necessary for the implementation of the education activities in higher professional school. The presented structure of high school lecturer education competence facilitates the efficient evaluation of the competences, the identification of the gaps in the competencies development levels and their correction with additional measures and means aimed to their effective formation.
The topicality of the research is connected with the modern socio-cultural situation which requires from an educational institution to create an active, responsible, selfreliant member of the society who can act thoughtfully and rationally in ambiguous situations. It is necessary to develop a new model of educational strategies based on the principles of personification, dialogueness, subjectness, individual approach, and complementarity. The purpose of the article is to describe the methodological base of personalized education and the instructional strategies which are used within this approach. The main approaches to research this issue are learner-centered, culturological, axiological, synergistic, and hermeneutic approaches. The main results of the article are the author's understanding of the strategies of personalized education given through the description of their characteristics and differences from other teaching strategies, and the description of certain strategies of personalized education. The article and the research result described can be used to modernize the educational process in general and higher education organizations, to provide for conditions of subjectness progress and learner-centered approach.
Autism can be defined as a common developmental disorder that manifests itself as a disconnection in social communication. In individuals with autism, sometimes speech does not develop at all, and even if it develops, the individual does not prefer to communicate by talking. Thus, other ways are needed to communicate with individuals with autism. Today, the most important of these ways is technology, especially educational technology. The use of technology for individuals with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is on the rise today. The purpose of this study was to present up-to-date information on research using technology-based intervention methods in teaching skills in different developmental areas to individuals from different age groups with ASD and to reveal whether this intervention method is effective. This study was carried out using qualitative research methodology, document analysis and related content analysis. Scopus is based on the analysis of published documents searched with the keywords ‘autism and technology-based’ in the database. All articles published in Scopus were examined. The distribution of affiliated universities by years, subject areas, document types, country/regions and author themes were examined. Various findings emerged in terms of determining the importance of the analysis of technology-supported applications in terms of content of individuals published in the Scopus database on individuals with ASD. A total of 95 studies were examined. It was concluded that most of the studies were conducted in 2016 and 2019. It revealed that the first study was conducted in 2008. It was mostly published as a conference announcement. The United States and United Kingdom are among the countries with the most research. The research topics were written mostly in English, and two were published in French.
The article is aimed at revealing pedagogical potential of an elective career guidance course to form pupils and students' professional self-determination in the integrated system "school-vocational college". The basic approach to research this problem is an integrative one that causes efficiency of pupils and students' career guidance work in dual integrated system. The content of career guidance course "Professional Career Planning" developed and presented in this article is aimed at pupils' professional self-determination formation, consciousness and steady interest in choosing future profession. As for vocational college students, the course is directed towards the students' choice of their own individual educational and career way, revealing their adaptation abilities to future professional activity. Materials of the article are of value for school and vocational college teachers while organizing and planning career guidance work at the educational institutions.
