Abstract. Hospital Information Systems (HIS) has been widely used in Indonesia. This implementation in hospital needs comprehensive, integrated information system designed to manage all the aspects of a hospital's operation. One of the factors that currently plays an important role in the successful HIS's application is the user factor. The hospital can evaluate HIS from user factor, so that it becoming better, perfect and can support the objectives, vision and mission of the hospital. This study aims to use the Modified Technology Acceptance Model created in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and tested using the software Amos 20 to determine the variables that most influence in HIS's application using in several hospitals in Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to employees of D grade hospitals in Sleman district. The results from this study are seven variables that may influence the user in using HIS (Subjective Norm, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, User Satisfaction, Behavior Intention to Use, Attitude Toward Using, Actual System Usage) and significant or insignificant relationship among them.
Then the data is processed using surfer software version 10 to determine the distribution of lighting. Testing is done by comparing the standardization table of lighting intensity levels based on SNI 03-6575-2001 standards. Risk data the visual comfort of the lighting at work is analyzed in terms of the level of lighting risk. The results of this study indicate that quantitative exposure risk, all work spaces of the Faculty of Engineering, Muria Kudus University does not eligible SNI 03-6575-2001. Meanwhile, based on the risk of qualitative lighting, administrative workspaces that have a low risk of visual comfort and industrial engineering study program workspaces have a high risk of visual comfort.
The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in early 2020 until now is a new phenomenon in human life. Various sectors of life have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government has made every effort, including appealing to avoid crowds, maintain distance, wear masks, limit mobility and diligently wash hands with water or hand sanitizer. Especially for the use of hand sanitizers placed in public places, tools are needed to place hand sanitizers that by the range of dimensions of the human body. So it is necessary to design a hand sanitizer stand by considering ergonomic aspects. Methods that have been used in this research was experimental with an ergonomic approach. The object of research is the design of a hand sanitizer dispenser stands with a foot pedal model by incorporating ergonomic aspects. The data collection procedure used is anthropometric data from the Javanese community. Then the anthropometric data were tested for normality, uniformity test, and data test. The design dimensions were obtained from percentile calculations based on anthropometric data. The results showed that the height of the bottle hand sanitizer stands was 91.73 cm; the hand sanitizer stand pedal width 13.67 cm; for the hand sanitizer stand, the pedal length is 24.32 cm.
PT. Duwa Atmimuda is a company engaged in manufacturing in producing stainless metal products and furniture frames. PT. Duwa Atmimuda is experiencing problems with the lack of application of technology in terms of marketing, seen from the absence of social media utilization, causing the company to find it difficult to expand market share. This study aims to identify the factors that hinder the company's innovation process using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method and classify the model using MICMAC Analysis. The results showed that the ISM model of the barrier factor for the innovation process in the furniture industry supply chain has 6 levels. After the ISM model is obtained, the next process is to classify each variable indicator on the barrier factors of the innovation process with the help of MICMAC analysis. There are 4 classification clusters, the first cluster (autonomous indicators) has one indicator. While in the second cluster (dependent indicators) there is one indicator. In the third cluster (linkage indicators) there are 9 indicators. In the fourth cluster (independent indicators) there is one indicator. The third cluster (linkage indicators) is the highest cluster of indicator spreads where this indicator has high control and dependence. The conclusion of this study is that there are 12 inhibiting factors in the innovation process which are arranged into six levels of the ISM model and in the MICMAC analysis the third cluster is the highest distribution cluster.
Design and redesign are some of the fields of study in ergonomics. The purpose ofthe design and redesign is to achieve comfort and increase productivity. Ergonomics is a science that integrates workers with the environment around them at work. So it is hoped that integration can be applied to all organizations. CV Abadi Jaya Presisi is a company engaged in the production of plastic, where workers carry out finishing stages without fulfilling ergonomic aspects. Namely, the use of a worker's chair made of plastic is not following the dimensions of the worker. The method used in this study is quantitative with anthropometric data as primary data. First, the anthropometric data of finished workers were used in this study. Then the data is tested for normality, uniformity test, and data adequacy test. After testing the data, the next step is to calculate the percentile value used to determine the size of the ergonomic chair to be designed. According to the findings of this study, the width of the chair is 42.1 cm, the height of the chair is 30.3 cm, the length of the chair is 43.2 cm, the length of the back of the chair is 49.9 cm, and the height of the seat elbow is21.6 cm.
