In this paper we critique the Government of India's programmes for affordable housing in India, namely the Rajiv Awas Yojana and Housing for All 2022. We analyse the efficacy of these policies in being able to provide the sections of the population who are unable to avail housing from the formal market, both through direct support and most importantly in addressing the many distortions that have made the housing unnecessarily expensive, while taking away much of the value to consumers. We argue that while these programmes and policies are a major advancement over the previous approaches, they do not fully exploit the potential that is there in an increased FSI, appropriate exploitation of locational value, judicious use of government land, reform of titles and squatter rights, and more efficient land Business and Management Horizons
From long time there are many technologies was developed by researchers, scientists and engineers to increase the market and production if the agriculture. Just because of this research work the cost and work of production is decreased but sometime there is some opposite effect on environment and geology. To improve the agriculture practice accurate agriculture pacts with the study of the application of technology as compare to old agricultural method and lower unpleasant impact on environment and geology. Remote sensing, GIS and GPS technology play an important role in accurate agriculture which increases the agriculture practices. It is easy to keep field data like slope, aspect, yield, wet and nutrients with the help of GPS (Global Positioning System) with geographically latitude and longitude. GIS (Geographic Information System) store and handle these data for further analysis. This review paper include topics remote sensing technology, GIS and
The main objective of the working paper series of the IIMA is to help faculty members, research staff and doctoral students to speedily share their research findings with professional colleagues and test their research findings at the pre-publication stage. In the network research area, it is very costly to deploy whole network without the simulation process because if we deploy with actual products then it may be costly and consume more time. If we use simulation tools then we can apply many protocols and algorithm to validate and verify network. Network simulators are also predominantly useful in allowing the network designers to test new networking protocols or to change the existing protocols or create its own protocols in a controlled and reproducible approach. In this paper, there is presentation of a comprehensive survey on current network simulators. It considers main features, their advantages and disadvantages. This paper be a good reference source for those who feel difficult to find the appropriate network simulators for their research or practical requirements. This paper also help we want to work on simulator on windows OS.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
